New apartment with 3 bedrooms (1 suite), we are located 500m from the coast beach, one block from Praia da Costa Shopping, bakery on the same block as the building, hortifruti (5min), access to the 3rd bridge (2 min - Vitória ), among other amenities and facilities (pharmacies, beauty salon, banks, bars, business tower, etc.). The condominium has a complete leisure area on the roof overlooking the Convento da Penha and Morro do Moreno and 2 parking spaces available to guests.

To ensure the safety of guests and neighbors of the building, we kindly ask you to always inform in advance the names and identification documents of the guests, so that we can arrange the prior release at the concierge.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor, which allows a good view of the neighborhood and air circulation. It was recently furnished and equipped to serve our guests with excellence.

I keep in touch with guests from the beginning of the reservation, until the time of checkout, for assistance with accommodation and region. I have a team prepared to meet any demand that may arise during your stay.

We are located in Praia da Costa, a postcard neighborhood of the city, with beautiful beaches, where the most traditional shops in the region are located. We have a diverse local culture, offering sports and leisure on the beachfront, such as trails and abseiling in Morro do Moreno. For the devotees, we have the Penha Convent, a postcard of our state. Our cuisine is nationally recognized for the famous moqueca capixaba, which our guests can easily find in nearby restaurants.

The region has diversified commerce around, where the guest has the convenience of doing everything on foot. Our accommodation offers two covered parking spaces, in front of the building there is a free parking lot.
