My wife and I enjoyed very much our stay. The property is located right on Praia da Costa, which is near everything from restaurants, pharmacies and shops and the process of checkin/checkout is very simple and efficient. I recommend this property and plan to come back soon.

The property location is great: beach-front with many shops and restaurants around. I only wished that they communicated that bed sheets were only provided for one bed and no toiletry and beach towels. There is one parking space available for the unit, but if you’re driving a large SUV, your car may not safely fit the space.

The whole apartment needs a deep cleaning and some upgrades. Sofa had stains that can easily be cleaned. Second bathroom toilet was not cleaned. The showers had mold.

Pontos positivos: localização do prédio, facilidades de se comunicar com os proprietários e educação dos porteiros e utensílios da cozinha. Pontos que necessitam de melhorias: faltam cadeira de praias e guarda sol no quarto. A praia é linda, porém, não tem infraestrutura boa. Só há mesas e cadeiras disponíveis a partir de quarta-feira. A piscina podia fechar um pouco mais tarde, pois esta funciona até às 17h e a partir de terça-feira. O elevador é bem pequeno, logo, houve momentos que esperávamos muito para descer. Tem 1 elevador social e 1 de serviço. Pessoas com roupas de banho ( mesmo secas) só podem utilizar o de serviço. Nas regras do quarto não tem sinalizado qual o local se deve colocar o lixo retirado do apartamento. Tal informação só foi enviada no último dia para o checkout.

Boa localização

a localização é boa, mas não gostei do proprietário exigir levar o lixo lá embaixo ao sair e deixar toda louça lavada. Acho que descntam um valor par a limpeza. Não costumamos deixar nada atirado e muito menos lixo no chao. Então, se paga uma faxina, isto não precisa ser cobrado de quem aluga.

Excelente acomodação, tudo organizado, limpinho, com vários utensílios a disposição. Portaria distintas para banhistas dos não banhistas, o que é excelente, e elevadores distintos tbm. Muito organizado!!

Tudo conforme o anúncio. Pertinho da praia!

Apartamento excelente, conforme o anúncio. Estava tudo limpinho, com roupas de cama e banho, além de sabonetes e papel higiênico. Pertinho da praia, da sacada da pra ver o mar. E a noite é possível dormir com o barulhinho das ondas. A região é uma região muito bonita, com um padrão excelente dos prédios e comércio ao redor. Recomendo 100%

Estadia maravilhosa! Unico incomodo foi a estrutura do prprédio, uma vez que o elevador estava me manutenção durante toda a estadia e em alguns momentos tivemos que subir pelas escadas (12 pavimentos).
