LA DIMORA DI TRIANO - DANA

The Dimora di Triano is located in Arigliano, in southern Salento, at about 4 km from the sea and 7 km from Santa Maria di Leuca .

La Dimora di Triano consists of two apartments: a two-bedroom apartment on the ground floor and a studio apartment on the upper floor, recently renovated, comfortable and elegant.

The two apartments share only the main entrance, however, they have an exclusive outdoor space, services and amenities and can accommodate a total of 4 guests (extra bed on request).


THE POSITION

The "Dimora di Triano" is located in Arigliano, a small village of Gagliano del Capo.

The town still preserves some interesting testimonies of the past including two monolithic menhirs "Della Croce" and "Santo Spirito" which stands next to the homonymous chapel built in the XVII century, Palazzo dei Dell'Abate.

Furthermore, in Arigliano, there is also the small railway station which represents the southern terminus of the Sud Est railways.

DANA APARTMENT

The Dana apartment is a charming two-bedroom apartment on the ground floor, approximately 60 sqm, and can comfortably accommodate 2 guests. However having two bathrooms and the sofa bed makes the house a comfortable solution even for 1 more adult guest or two children.

The interiors, furnished with taste, refer to the classic Salento style: rural colours, traditional star and barrel vaults, niches and renovated furnishings.

The Dana apartment consists of:

- living room with a sofa bed, coffee table and TV;
- a kitchenette with microwave, oven, and folding table;
- a nice double bedroom with access to the small outdoor courtyard;
- 2 complete and modern bathrooms with stone shower.

Furthermore it is equipped with air conditioning (single convector), wi-fi internet and a heating system that make the house suitable for winter months and remote working activities.

Although there is no private parking space, it will be easy to find parking very close to the house.


NEARBY

La Dimora di Triano is well connected to the sea and the beaches of the south.

The first beach is just 4 km away, and is "Località Ciolo", one of the the most visited places in Salento which offers a wonderful view of the Adriatic Sea. Here you can find cafè, restaurant and the famous "Gibo" luxury disco and weddings.

A few km away it is possible to reach Marina di Novaglie (5 km), Marina Serra (10 km) and Tricase Porto (12 km).

Furthermore, just 7 km away, there is Santa Maria di Leuca with its beautiful nineteenth-century villas, the basilica, the promenade, restaurants and caves; and for sandy beach lovers, the Ionian coast (Maldive del Salento area) with its fine golden sand is about 14 km away.

Further interesting places to visit: Presicce (13 km), Specchia (13 km), Tricase (11 km) etc..


NATURALISTIC ROUTES

We suggest some interesting hiking trails and paths not far from the house, the "Vie del Sale", the "Sentiero del Ciolo" and "Il Sentiero delle Cipolliane", a suggestive path overlooking the sea which connects the Ciolo bridge to the Marina di Novaglie.
