The Garajau area is known for its peacefulness and proximity to the sea. Located between the city of Funchal and the airport, it has several services and restaurants close to the property. This apartment is located in a sunny area that enhances the unobstructed view, on the first floor of the building, which does not have an elevator. This apartment has been recently renovated. With just one bedroom, with a double bed, the apartment accommodates up to 4 people, making use of the sofa bed. The highlight goes to the balcony to enjoy the good weather and the view.

There is the possibility of frequenting a breakfast buffet and using the swimming pool of the hotel located 50 meters away, or Hotel Dom Pedro Garajau for the following prices:
Swimming pool:
- Children up to 12 years old - €5 per person and per day;
- Adults from two 12 years - €7.5 per person and per day;

Breakfast buffet:
- Children under 12 years old - €3 per person;
- Adults from two 12 years - €6 per person.

LOCAL TOURISTIC TAX:
As of the 1st January 2023, Santa Cruz City Administration charges a local tourist tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:
- €2 per night;
This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.
This charge must be paid directly to the host (either in cash or bank transfer) so that he can deliver it to the City Hall.
