Sylvia Villa, Peaceful Ambience

Villa Sylvia features two bedrooms, which can accommodate up to 4 guests in real beds. In the second bedroom our guests will find a sofa bed as well, where one more guest can be accommodated. A baby cot and/or high chair can also be provided upon request.

Villa Sylvia is conveniently located just a short drive away from restaurants, shops and beautiful beaches. This amazing Villa is also close to a number of sightseeing areas, as well as to a number of charming little traditional villages, just waiting to be explored. It is a perfect family holiday home, suitable for families or groups of friends! Villa Irene locates in the center of the island of Crete, where our guests can explore a plethora of sightseeings and paradise places around the island.

External Living | Pool & BBQ
The relaxing outdoor area covers 500 sq. m. and features a spacious terrace, tile covered pool terrace, boosting a private swimming pool (30 sq. m. and 1,40 m deep), as well as an outdoor shower. The terrace is filled by lawn covered areas, trees and beautiful flowers and the stone walls secure your privacy and offer you peace of mind! A lovely garden swing and children’s toys are also available! Guests can also relax in the sun loungers or enjoy a glass of cold orange juice and the shade of umbrellas, surrounding the pool. Additionally, built-in barbecue facilities and an outdoor sink with cold and hot water are also provided, ideal for al fresco dining! At the outdoors dining veranda area, you can enjoy your meals calming by the mountain, pool and garden view.

Internal Living | Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Villa Sylvia expands in 80 sq. m., divided in two levels. On the ground floor guests may find the spacious living room with a beautiful modern fire place and the fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary such as oven, a refrigerator, a kettle,a coffee-maker, dishwasher, juice maker, a microwave, a toaster and a full set of cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware to prepare your own meal.

First Floor | Double Bedroom with Double bed (1.60x2.00) with flat screen TV and access to the balcony with garden and mountain views • Twin Bedroom with two single beds (1.00x2.00) and a sofa bed that can accommodate one extra guest, if needed. The extra sofa bed can be easily transferred to the ground floor for someone who wishes to sleep downstairs.

Villa Sylvia stands 3 km from the nearest beach which locates in the seaside village of Panormo, 24 km from the city of Rethymnon and 60 km from the airport of Heraklion. It's 2 km from the village of Perama where you can find supermarkets, banks, health center, pharmacies, bakeries, taverns, pastry shops, cafe shops and anything you might need.

We can also help with car hire from the airport and during your stay at our villa. Any kind of advice or suggestions can be also provided as we are in constant contact with our guests in every need of them!
