Coração do Mar OCV - by the beach, old town

Heart of the Sea is an excellent apartment, it has been completely refurbished, it is equipped with air conditioning, has a privileged location and a fantastic city/sea view. Perfectly equipped for 4 people.



The apartment has the essentials for a relaxed holiday, where you can park your car in the garage and do everything on foot. The Complex also has an adult and children's swimming pool (we provide towels).



It is located in the historic centre of the city, where you can walk to the beach which is about 250 metres away or to Albufeira marina.



The apartment is located in the Bay View building, which is ideal for those who want to park their car in the garage and walk to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants and bars and many other services available just a few minutes' walk away.



Municipal Tourist Tax

Albufeira Municipal Council applies a tourist tax of €2 per person, per night, for guests aged 13 years or over, during the period from 1 April to 31 October, up to a maximum of seven consecutive nights. This amount should be paid a few days before arrival and is not included in the rates shown on the website. We kindly ask that you take this cost into consideration when making your reservation.

Fabulous Holiday

The apartment was perfect, we had everything we needed and the location was perfect for us too. We wanted to be close to the Old Town, but once we were in the apartment it was nice and quiet. Nothing really, everything was great.

Great location

We were pleased with the apartment, it was well appointed and had everything we needed. There were a few niggles, the picture of the balcony is a bit misleading because it’s actually tiny, the shower didn’t drain very well (despite maintenance coming out (neither of us has lots of hair so it wasn’t us causing the blockage), the TV remote wasn’t working, we think the batteries were dead. The pool was empty but it wasn’t really warm enough to swim, but it was disappointing.Having said that, the apartment was perfectly located being a 5 minute walk to the square, 20 minutes to the marina and about 35 minutes walk to the new town. If we were to return to Albufeira we would definitely consider this property again.
