Amazing view of the gulf from this luxurious, one-bedroom, two-bath, spacious (833 square feet) vacation home rental at the Majestic Sun on Seascape Golf Resort in Destin, Florida. Wake up each morning, open your eyes, and see the ocean! The living room opens up to an extended balcony where you may sit and enjoy your morning coffee, dine, or just watch the dolphins play (may be seen at dusk and dawn)!

This beach condominium rental includes a stacked washer and dryer inside the unit for your convenience. A fully equiped kitchen is provided with all the necessary cooking utensils. There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom, two twin bunk-beds for the kids are built into the hallway wall! A very comfortable, sleeper sofa may be found in the living room. A TV has been placed in the bedroom.

Your upgraded Florida Gulf coast vacation rental home has been designed by a professional interior decorator. Rich luxurious beach inspired colors blanket the home.
A stainless steel kitchen offers many cooking utensils. Your professional cleaning crew will clean and inspect your immaculate vacation home just prior to your arrival. You will not find a nicer one bedroom at the Majestic Sun!

Only guests of the Majestic Sun and its affiliates may use your privately gated heated multilevel indoor and outdoor pools. So relax poolside and enjoy a drink, play in the refreshing waterfall, or soak your stress away in either of your in ground hot tub spas-all overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico!
The MajesticSun is located on the beachside of Seascape Golf and Tennis resort. The beach is just across a small street. The Majestic Sun is NOT directly on the beach.

The private white sandy beaches are approximately 50 feet from the front door of the Majestic Sun! Seascape Golf and Tennis resort owns 2,000 feet of white sandy beach!! An onsite beach-chair service and TIKI bar is there to assist your beach relaxation needs. A short stroll towards Seascape’s beachside Whale’s Tails restaurant and bar will take you right by the seasonal water-sports checkout desk where Parasailing, Wave Runner Rentals, Kayaking and Paddle Boards are available as well as Resort Bike Rental. You can rent a jet ski, wave runner, catamaran boat, or jump on the floating fun-deck (all services are subject to availability and fees).

Seascape Golf and Tennis Resort offers all of the amenities of a world class resort. Your backyard consists of 18 holes of some of the most beautifully manicured fairways and greens that Destin has to offer. Designed by the famed course architect, Joe Lee, the par 71, 6,100-yard championship course winds throughout much of Seascape’s 300 acres of lush landscaping and tranquil lakes. Breathtaking views of the Ocean can be seen from several holes!! Retire to the Clubhouse bar after your round of golf for a cocktail. Be sure to stop by the Proshop for the sale opportunities, or to schedule a lesson on the driving range and practice greens.

Fine dining choices are plentiful at the Majestic Sun. Room service from the Cabana Café is available, however, if you prefer to cook yourself, grocery stores can be found about 1 mile away. If you prefer to eat on the beach, you must visit Seascape’s own Whale’s Tail Bar and Grill. It is just a few steps from your front door! Fine dining at the Cabana Café is also onsite providing extensive breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus. Feel like going out? Try a dinner cruise with Sunquest Cruises!! There are also many local seafood restaurants close by.

Need some excitement? Big Kahuna’s water park and Putt Putt is about 10 minutes away. Sailing, Snorkeling, Dolphin cruises, sunset cruises and fishing charters are also available in Destin. There is something for everyone!

Really cute unit right on the beach, perfect for a quick family trip. The only downside was having to get to the beach from the back of the property instead of being able to leave the building at the front. Even still, the walk wasn’t too bad. Unit looks exactly like the photos.

We had a wonderful stay in this property. The view and beach access were wonderful. The only thing that would have made our stay better would have been if the room provided beach chairs. We did purchase 4 and left them in the room. We hope future guests can use and enjoy them!

Perfect couples getaway

The home not done enough justice by the online photos, it is beautiful! The accommodations were surprisingly just as comfortable as ours at home, and everything that we needed for the week was there for us. I may recommend painting a caution color for the threshold going out to the balcony, we tripped over it multiple times each.

This condo was nicely decorated. The king size bed was super comfortable and the view was amazing! We enjoyed our time there. The condo was clean but honestly could use a good deep clean. And the check-in process was a little confusing and late, scheduled at 5pm. Otherwise, we had good stay and enjoyed the location and amenities.

Condo is nice

Over all the condo is nice but it could use a better cleaning service. There was a musty smell right when you walk in and found multiple spots off mold. The tile grout right in front of fridge and then the hallway bathroom door has mold. Communication was pretty good but we never received gate codes, WiFi information or were even told we had to wear bracelets to the pool so we got in trouble for that. The condo is really cute and location is perfect. You can walk to a lot of things. We had a great time over all.

This unit was just as advertised couldn't be happier with the unit. The majestic sun as a whole was kind of a letdown though. The elevators were pretty awful 2/3 actually worked and when you did finally get on it made a stop on every floor all the way down and since this unit was on 9 it got pretty old. But the location was good just wish the majestic sun had more private beach the public beach was way to close and crowded the premium umbrellas

Gorgeous view!

Nice place for what we needed. It was just my husband and I so the one bedroom was perfect. Loved the easy key code to get in and out without worrying about a key. A couple of things that I would change is the footboard in the master was huge and so annoying in a tight space. Working around it was a pain, literally. Also, it would be nice to have a lid on the trash can. I doubt anyone wants a wide open trash can in the middle of the kitchen. Others then that, nice place!

This unit was exactly as advertised. Equipped with more. Only 1 thing couldn't find. A blanket. Location near several good restaurants. One with good entertainment. Easy access to beach. Close to shopping mall groceries and more. Pools clean, heated. Good fitness center. Kilwins Ice Cream in building. Resort amenities good. Elevators worked well, Great view from balcony and inside condo. Bed very comfortable. Cushions on balcony and dining chairs could use more cushion. Tile floors, grout and baseboards could use a good deep cleaning/painting. When we arrived the hot water had an awful smell but running out the water heater fixed that. There was a musty smell in the condo. We opened it up and aired it out. Was better with A/C on. These two things should have been done prior to our arrival, I believe. After that we had a wonderful time. Contact with the host was great! He helped us considerably. Compared price with our friends 2 BR unit and this was about $14 higher per day. Theirs felt cleaner as well.

The condo was outdated , dirty, and unkept. Linens & towels were worn out , sofa and loveseat were stained and shag carpet in the bedroom was disgustingly filthy. Carpet really? Shower curtain mildewed. One Toilet leaked and maintenance had to repair the other toilet while we were there cause it would not flush. Bedroom furniture was too large so you could not walk between the dresser & bed, the drawers in the dresser were falling off the track and you could not close them. The fan in the bedroom didn't work. Two of the kitchen cabinet doors would not close completely. There were NO Closets to hang clothes!! The pool had to be maintained so it was closed one day. Overall property needs updates. Dislike sharing the beach with the public. The beach was clean. The cost of beach chairs was too high.

Disgusting condition of condo ruined a special vacation

The condo, especially the bedroom and bathrooms, smelled strongly of mold and mildew. Visible mold was in both bathroom showers. Even inside the dresser drawers smelled strongly of mold. (Mold is probably also under the carpet) The sink in the master bathroom was clogged and the guest bathroom sink also drained slowly. The air conditioner's filter was awful (clogged with thick dust) and probably not changed within the last year. The dust within lampshades, on the hallway walls, and behind furniture was thick and disgusting. The only closet was small and filled with junk, so we had no closet. We took pictures if you want to see them. Bad, bad property management! (Tried calling VRBO twice and the phone was not answered) Prior to arriving, VRBO told us we had the daily use of 2 chairs and an umbrella on the beach for free. Actually they cost $45 a day to rent.
