Bright and spacious apartment with views of the beach that has an excellent location, since it is only 45 seconds from the most beautiful beach on the island. In addition, it is also very close to other areas of interest such as Parque Santa Catalina, which is the main bus station with connections to the rest of the island and is 10 minutes away, and Avenida José Mesa y López, which is one of the best shopping areas on the island and where the English Court is located.

Cozy apartment, very bright, with all the comforts of a house, it has all the cooking utensils, washing machine, iron, sheets, towels, shampoo, gel. It has Internet, it works very well and it is free.
It has two rooms with double beds.

It has a lounge to rest, watch television, read, or use the computer. In addition to a very well equipped bathroom.
In the lounge you have all the information on the different places you can visit on the island, as well as leisure and relaxation areas so you can enjoy your vacation.
This apartment is located in a quiet area, with supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and close to everything.

You have access to the entire apartment.

Muy mala experiencia con el propietario

La comunicación con el propietario ha sido nula: sólo nos comunicó las instrucciones de entrada, pero _después_ de la hora establecida para entrar. Nunca se puso en contacto: ni por la plataforma ni por el teléfono de contacto. Tampoco ha atendido las peticiones de la propia plataforma !! El piso es moderno y está muy bien situado, aunque es algo pequeño (pero el anuncio es correcto). Con garage. Sin aire acondicionado. Eramos un grupo de 5 personas pero sólo había _4 sillas_ en todo el piso. Sólo pusieron 3 juegos de toallas para todos. El menaje de cocina justito y casi no había nada para cocinar y limpiar.
