Spcious and comfortable for whole family

Six adults and one six year old had a fabulous Easter at Seaside Sanctuary. Quirky, clean, well stocked with the necessities plus some. A great place to relax near the beach.

This property was perfect for 4 couples for a long weekend. Plenty of space and the outdoor dining area was great in the warm weather. Aircon upstairs was also very welcome!

We loved our stay here. Everything was well presented and clean. Plenty of sleeping options and living spaces. Very central to everything on the Bellarine peninsula. The hosts are fantastic and provide excellent communication. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. - we hope to visit again!

This house is in a perfect location walking distance to the beach and shops. It was so easy to get the little ones to the beach. The ducted air con was a lifesaver and the separate downstairs bedroom was perfect for the non-parent adults. The deck is great for a family meal. And there’s plenty of storage. Worked really well for an extended family getaway.

I recently stayed in this magnificent home with six friends on a girl's weekend. The home was just as described. We loved everything - the magnificent view, the comfy beds, the 3 bathrooms/4 toilets, the furniture, the way it was so tastefully decorated, the lift (such a novelty!), even the makeup removal facewashers!! Dianne was a pleasure to communicate with, and nothing was too much trouble for her. I thoroughly recommend this special place. Thank you, Dianne.

We were welcomed to a heated pool, prepped to a perfect 35 degrees, creating a haven for the kids and adults alike, no matter the weather. The warmth of the pool alone set the stage for an unforgettable stay. The home itself is a masterpiece of modern design—ultra-clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed to offer both communal and private spaces. The wrap-around balconies on the second floor add a unique touch of privacy and panoramic views. The amenities were top-notch, allowing us to fully embrace the outdoor experience while enjoying all the comforts of an impeccably equipped home. In the evenings, we made full use of the woodfire outdoor pizza oven and the firepit. One of the most notable aspects of our stay was the owner’s genuine hospitality. From warming the pool before our arrival to offering a generous late check-out so we could pack up at our own pace, he went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and valued. His kindness added an extra layer of warmth to an already beautiful experience. This holiday home is a true gem—an oasis of comfort, style, and thoughtful details. We left with unforgettable memories and a strong desire to return. For anyone looking for a mix of luxury, convenience, and heartfelt hospitality, this place is a must-stay.
