Our lovely and spacious, fully equipped, 4 bedroom, 3.5 baths apartment sleeps six (up to 8 with an additional fee) and is located between the Champs Elysees and the Trocadero (Iena and Boissiere metro stops). A perfect location for visiting Paris, right in the middle of things and yet on a quiet street with several bus stops and two metro stops very close, as well as the train station to get to Versailles.

Enjoy a gourmet kitchen, parquet floors and marble fireplaces as well as a truly traditional french decor in an upscale Hausmanien stone cut building with an elevator and a concierge. A mobile air conditionning unit is set up during the warmer months but the apartment remains cool because of its thick stone walls.

The area is very close to the Eiffel tower, the Trocadero with its stunning views of the Eiffel Tower and the Seine river. The Arch of Triumph and the Champs Elysees are a 10-minute walk away. It has lots of restaurants and the bakery across the street is one of the best in Paris.

Shopping along the rue de Passy or the Vicor Hugo avenue is close by as well as numerous grocery stores. There is a fantastic open air market very close twice a week.

For those that like to cook, the kitchen is fully equipped with lots of cooking ustensils, pots and pans, glasses, plates, etc. It has a large fridge as well as a separate freezer. There is washer, dryer and an iron with ironing board in the apartment.
