Located in Cormòns, in the heart of the Friulian Collio region, renowned for its millennia-old tradition of food and wine.

You’ll experience the thrill of staying in a unique setting with a breathtaking view.

Villa Beatrice is spread over four floors, the top of which is a panoramic rooftop with a stunning view of the Friulian Collio.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to 4 guests in one double bedroom and one bedroom with two single beds.

Access is through an imposing gate that leads into the lush garden, where you can enjoy precious moments of togetherness.

The living room on the ground floor is furnished according to the original period layout and features a 19th-century natural stone floor.
You can still admire a fine white walnut sofa, a majestic table, and an elegant display cabinet, all handcrafted by local artisans.

A prestigious white marble staircase leads to the first and second floors, up to the panoramic attic furnished with comfortable tables, chairs, and lounge chairs.
Here you can enjoy special moments sipping a glass of wine, letting yourself be swept away by the colourful panorama of the Friulian Collio region.

The Villa is laid out as follows:

• Second floor: Merlot apartment
• Panoramic rooftop: furnished with tables, chairs, and sun loungers

The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed with a floral headboard, an HD Smart TV, two red marble nightstands, and a 19th-century wardrobe.

The second bedroom is furnished with two comfortable single beds, an HD Smart TV, and a spacious wooden closet.

The living room is furnished with a luxurious, cosy black leather sofa and a glass table accompanied by four cast-aluminum chairs.

In addition to towels of various sizes, you’ll find a Welcome Kit with shampoo and body wash, sheets, a comforter, and everything you need to make your stay perfect.

The bathroom offers, in addition to a full set of bathroom fixtures, a walk-in shower, a lighted mirror, a hair dryer, and plenty of space to store your personal belongings.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and a complete set of pots, pans, ceramic plates, wine glasses, mugs, and cutlery.
It is complemented by an OroCaffè coffee machine with assorted Italian coffee pods and a kettle with tea bags and herbal tea bags.

The entire villa is equipped with 1 GB Wi-Fi and a ductless split air conditioning system.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire villa; the ground-floor living room, the panoramic rooftop, and the garden are considered common areas also accessible to guests staying in the Merlot apartment.

Upon request, Villa Beatrice offers wine and local cured meat tastings, all produced locally (km0) by the farm that owns the Villa.

We offer the “Aperitif in the Vineyard” experience, which lets you enjoy a picnic in true Friulian style, surrounded by vineyards and accompanied by a bottle of wine and assorted cured meats.
