A laundry room with a washing machine is in the basement. You can also safely store your ski equipment there



***FIREPLACE***

Please note that there is a concerning amount of pollution caused by wood-burning fireplaces in the valley, we ask you not to use the fireplace for ambiance purposes. Using the fireplace is not necessary to heat the apartment, but if you think it is not warm enough, you are responsible for purchasing the necessary equipment and you will dispose of the ashes if you wish to use it.



***PARKING***

This apartment has a closed garage located in a residence 3 minutes walk away. It is intended for small vehicles.



For large vehicles, you can park on the road. A covered public car park is also available in the centre of Chamonix (free 24/7 with the provided card)
