LE SORELLE DEL MARE – SOLE

The "Sorelle del Mare" are two holiday homes in the Maldives of Salento area, a famous and fine beach on the Ionian coast.

Sole house is a modern, comfortable and well-finished holiday home at about 450 meters from the beach (free and equipped) of Pescoluse.

Located in a residential area, it represents a good solution for those who want to spend their holidays in total relaxation, having the beach and the downtown not far from the house (grocery stores, cafe, restaurants etc.).

THE LOCATION

The house is well located in a strategic position that allows you to reach walking the sea of Pescoluse (about 400 meters away), with its free and equipped golden beaches, and the center of the town with the all the main services.

The surrounding area is characterized by other houses and a modern church, in a mainly rural background.

Finally, at 5 km it is possible to reach the town of Salve with further useful services, shops, and much more.


THE HOUSE

Sole house is about 65 square meters large and can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests.

It is equipped with the air conditioning and is composed of:

- living room with dining table, sofa bed, kitchenette with all the main accessories (with microwave oven and dishwasher), and a glass door overlooking the external veranda;
- two bedrooms, one double with TV and balcony, and one with bunk beds;
- a complete bathroom with shower box.

Furthermore, the house has a veranda equipped with a sitting area, a comfortable outdoor shower.

Finally, on the back of the house, there is a small balcony with laundry corner (with washing machine and sink), with a direct access from the master bedroom.

Although we do not have a private parking space, it is very easy to find it at a few steps.

NEARBY

Among the main attractions Parco dei Gigli square is at about 350 meters from the house, with a large pedestrian space and many commercial activities, and Torre Vado with a small luna park at about 2 km.

Pescoluse has many evidences of the past, such as the characteristic dolmen Argentina – Graziadei, a megalithic monument discovered in 1968, located a few steps from the coastal road.

For lovers of walking and trekking we suggest two interesting hiking trails:

- the "Sentiero dei Fani";
- the "Isola della Fanciulla", a suggestive path along to the Isola della Fanciulla beach.

Finally, for your lovely pets, we suggest the dog beach "Eden Salento", at 2 km from the house and a few meters from the Maldives of Salento, where your dogs can swim freely and safely.

Finally, from Pescoluse it is easy to reach other seaside places of interest such as Torre Vado (2 km) Torre Pali (4 km), Lido Marini (6 km), Torre Mozza (9 km) and Torre San Giovanni (15 km).
