Casa Campanelle is a lovely holiday home located in Posto Vecchio, about 250 m from the beach and the downtown.

The accommodation, comfortable and well-equipped, is perfect for hosting 6 guests (plus two extra places on request) and has outdoor space and private parking space.

The surrounding area is well served, with cafè, groceries, restaurants and other services just a few meters away, easily reachable walking.

THE LOCATION

Casa Campanelle is located in Posto Vecchio, a coastal hamlet of Salve, overlooking the Ionian Sea.

This wonderful stretch of coast attracts more and more tourists from every corner of Italy and the world, and is characterized by an uncontaminated landscape and golden sand dunes bathed by crystal clear waters with shallow water. At 250 meters from the house it is possible to reach the "le sorgenti", a fresh, pure and crystalline water for a special and invigorating bath.

Spending your holidays in this little corner of paradise means not only enjoying the splendid, award-winning beaches (Blue Flag and Green Flag) but also having the convenience of easily reaching the main services and the town center on foot.

Posto Vecchio is located between the two towns of Torre Vado (850 m) and Pescoluse (300 m), which can also be easily reached walking. In Torre Vado you can choose the spring waters of its low cliffs or visit the tourist port with its characteristic Saracen tower, in Pescoluse you can enjoy the equipped beaches such as the famous Maldives of Salento.

Furthermore, to be able to take advantage of further useful services (supermarkets, bars, tobacconists, pharmacies, etc.) it will be necessary to reach the town center of Salve (4 km).

THE HOUSE

Casa Campanelle is approximately 90 m2 large and can comfortably accommodate 6 guests (up to 7-8 considering the sofa bed, available on request with extra fee).

The house, bright and well furnished, is made up of:

- air-conditioned living room, with dining table, sofa bed and complete and equipped kitchenette;
- two spacious triple bedrooms with double bed and single bed each;
- complete bathroom with shower.

The outdoor space is equipped with a dining table, wood barbecue and comfortable outdoor shower. The comfortable awning will give you the opportunity to have lunch and spend time outside and away from the sun.

The space is completely fenced.

Finally, the house has a convenient private car park, a real plus considering the tourist traffic and the cost of public parking, especially during the high season.

Air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, washing machine, satellite TV, mosquito nets, iron and ironing board, clothesline, outdoor shower, wood barbecue, awning, complete linen service (bed, bathroom and kitchen), washing papers game, cot on request (with extra fee).

POINTS OF INTEREST AND SERVICES NEARBY

During your holidays in this little corner of paradise, there will be no shortage of services and attractions, such as the Cristoforo Colombo seafront in Torre Vado, or the Parco dei Gigli in Pescoluse which come active in summer with markets, cafè and amusement parks.

You will also have the opportunity to practice various activities, such as renting boats, pedal boats or jet skis or even playing beach volleyball in the equipped spaces.

Absolutely worth visiting is the characteristic tourist port, located in Torre Vado, where it is possible to visit one of the ancient coastal and watchtowers, which wind along the coasts of Salento, built in the 16th century by Charles V to defend the territory from invasions of the Saracen pirates, from whom the marina takes its name: Torre Vado.

From Posto Vecchio it is also possible to reach other interesting locations overlooking the Ionian sea such as the Pescoluse, Torre Pali (5 km), Lido Marini (8 km) and Torre San Giovanni (16 km).

Finally, its proximity to Santa Maria di Leuca makes it possible to reach and visit the places on the Adriatic coast to discover totally different but equally magical coasts and landscapes.
