Surrounded by cinemas, theatres, shops, restaurants, and the city’s main tourist attractions, it is the perfect accommodation to enjoy Madrid to the fullest.

Practical and functional 45 m² street-facing apartment, ideal for up to 4 guests, fully equipped for a comfortable and pleasant stay.



It is located on the first floor, and the building does not have a lift.



The apartment features one spacious bedroom with plenty of natural light, equipped with a 1.35 m double bed made up with bed linen, split air conditioning (hot/cold), a television, a safe, and storage space for your belongings.



In addition, the accommodation has a comfortable sofa bed for two people in the living room.



You will find a modern bathroom with a hydromassage shower, shower gel, and a hairdryer. For greater comfort and hygiene, we have installed an electric hand dryer instead of a hand towel.

One bath towel per guest is provided and can be found on the beds.



Hot water is supplied by an electric water heater with sufficient capacity and power to meet your needs; please use it responsibly to ensure proper operation.



The kitchen is equipped with the main appliances, tableware for 4 people, and the usual kitchen utensils. A portable drying rack and an iron are provided for use with the washing machine.



There is a dining area for 4 people.



The accommodation has everything you need so you don’t have to worry about a thing, all the comfort you need to feel at home!

If needed, please request a cot or high chair for your baby when making your reservation.

We are at your disposal from 9 am to 12 midnight**. Our office is strategically located just a few minutes from all our accommodations, and our maintenance service is available every day from 10 am to 5:30 pm**.
