Two twin beds in the back bedroom with en suite bathroom. Two parking spots available at Old Taylor Place parking lot. 1 mile to The Grove. 1.7 miles to the Square. Great location just off Hwy 6 on Old Taylor Road. Available to rent most weekends for Double Decker, Game weekends, parents weekend etc.

So convenient to the campus and more than expected.

This property was perfect for our stay. We brought some teenagers in for a concert at the stadium and it was perfect to park here and walk to and from. The property is so much nicer than the pictures even show. Loved the porch on the back that we weren’t expecting. Thank you so much for sharing your home. It made our weekend even more perfect.

Graduation Stay

We rented this unit because our daughter lives in this same complex and we wanted to be close over graduation weekend. It was the right decision. The unit is well furnished and comfortable and was stocked with almost everything we needed ( could use more wine glasses and a wine bottle opener 😉). We enjoyed our stay!!

Fantastic condo for game weekend!

We could not have been happier with our stay at this lovely condo! The location was so convenient to campus and all the places we wanted to go in Oxford! The decor is darling! The amenities provided covered everything we could have possibly needed and were much appreciated! The beds were so comfy! The outdoor patio was huge! The condo was honestly lovely and so much more than we expected! We could not have been happier! Thank you so, so much! Hotty toddy!

Very clean and stocked for your stay !

Owner was very helpful and friendly . I was so surprised how stocked it was for us. Coffee , creamer , water and even chips . The place was very clean and had everything we needed for a great game day weekend against LSU! Enjoyed our stay and being in Oxford!!! Hotty Toddy !

Overall good rental

Good communication with host, clean, nice modern decor. A couple of things for us: it was not described as a second floor walk-up which would be an issue if we had mobility issues. The second bedroom closet was undisclosed as off limits which could have been an issue. The unit is older with some underlying issues including deterioration around the doors going to the deck.

Perfect place

This place was perfect for our stay. It was the right size for the 4 of us. We enjoyed the balcony and the beds were very comfortable. Austin did a great job communicating with us and it was very close to all the activities, including our daughters place.

Awesome in every way!

This apartment was super clean and location was perfect for our stay. The owner has done a wonderful job maintaining this place. It is warm and welcoming. Beds were all very comfortable. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to Oxford.

Great place, very convenient to campus and parking lot E. Very comfortable and easy to be in. Everything taken care of. Would highly recommend. Will be the first place we check when we make plans to come back.

Cozy in oxford

The place is fine for a game weekend! we tried to cook- there wasn’t mixing bowl, cookie sheet, or spatula in sight. We had to go buy these items then donate to our college daughters apartment. So that was a hassle & you may want to stock these items as that’s part of reason guests rent condos instead of stay in hotel so we could relax a bit & be able to cook breakfast at home...

Condo was as described and perfect for our gameday weekend!

Condo was a perfect size for our family and roomy enough to host my son and roommates for Game Day breakfast! Close to everything we wanted to do in Oxford and very comfortable for when we spent time relaxing watching early football games. Had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay immensely. Would definitely rent again!
