This beach front villa combines luxurious accommodation with a spectacular view of the Ionian Sea ,measures 120 sq.m. and is located right on the beach of Amboula- Psarou in the northeastern coast of Zakynthos Island. Features three bedrooms ,a private swimming pool, and can sleep up to 6 guests.
Entering through the main entrance on the ground floor, the guests will find a living room and a fully equipped kitchen, along with a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower and a veranda with a direct access to the swimming pool. The first floor features two bedrooms equipped with a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower each. These bedrooms share a common veranda with a wonderful view of the sea and the swimming pool.
The outdoor spaces feature a private swimming pool, sunbeds, parasols and BBQ. The two swimming pools are separated by a fence, so that the guests’ privacy is ensured!
Among the numerous facilities, the following are included:
* BBQ
* Air-conditioning
* 24hr hot water
* Private Parking
* Bathroom Products
* Wi-Fi internet access (indoors and public spaces)
**A government tax of 15€ per night should be paid on the accommodation upon arrival.
