A Place at the Beach III, Building 1, Unit 3-N. Renovated in 2016 & 2018, this ocean front unit features two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with two twin beds. Each bedroom has a closet and dresser drawer, as well as a luggage rack, television with cable, and new mini split air units to provide individualized, programmable cooling and heating in each bedroom. The 2016 renovation included new tile flooring and paint throughout the entire unit, and new ceiling and ceiling fans in every room. Both bathrooms have been updated. The master bedroom's private bathroom has been expanded to accommodate a full size walk in shower, the other hall bathroom includes a tub/shower combination. New toilets, cabinets and mirrors were also added. All new furniture in the living room includes a sleeper sofa which adds a queen size bed, three matching chairs and an ottoman. The kitchen is fully equipped with a new stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, cabinets and counter top. The counter top bar has been widened and extended to accommodate four stools. There is also a counter height table with additional seating for two. New pots and pans were purchased in 2018. The condo features complimentary WiFi and a large flat screen TV in the living room. The living room balcony overlooks the pool and grilling area with views of the ocean to one side and the marsh to the other. In 2018 we replaced the sliding glass door leading to the balcony, and we removed the living room wall air conditioner and replaced it with the new mini split air unit which is much quieter and more efficient at cooling and heating the living room and kitchen area, and which operates separately from the mini splits in each of the bedrooms. Bedspreads/comforters, blankets and pillows are provided, but it is best for you to bring your own bed linens, bath and kitchen towels, as we never know how our sets will last during the busy season. We have a new cleaning company in 2021 which has been fabulous, but they do not do linen rentals. Our building is adjacent to Ocean Annie's Beach Bar, but we are on the far side of the building from Ocean Annie's, so we have a quiet and relaxing environment. We are convenient to shopping at Barefoot Landing and Tanger Outlets as well as fishing at Apache Pier. There are lots of golf courses and miniature golf courses nearby if that is your thing. Restaurant Row on Highway 17 is also close by and offers way too many good restaurants to mention here. But one of our favorite outings includes the Duplin Winery for a sweet wine tasting, followed by an always delicious meal at The Flying Fish, and ice cream for dessert at Molly's Creamery, all conveniently located at Barefoot Landing. Our building includes coin laundry so bring your roll of quarters, and on-site security to monitor parking passes when required from April 1st through September 30th. During this time period only one car per unit is allowed. Also, smoking, pets of any kind, trailers, and motorcycles are not permitted.
