The bedroom window overlooks the stable yard, adding to the lodge’s peaceful countryside charm. The en suite features a walk-in shower, hand basin and toilet, finished in a clean, contemporary style.

The spacious sitting and dining area forms the heart of the lodge, with bifold doors opening to the outside and framing views across the adjoining paddocks. For those seeking a peaceful, rural location this is ideal and within a 15 minute drive from the beautiful and interesting city of Winchester and also within easy reach of Portsmouth and Southampton. Good walking area with beautiful scenery. The lodge is clean, tidy, comfortable avd well equipped. The hosts, Cheryl and Matt were very helpful and available. Key access and directions were NOT provided by Cottages.com but the hosts contact a few days before holiday start date to provide this. It would have been helpful if this procedure is clearly stated on cottages.com paperwork. Agents please note and action.
