The town centre and supermarkets are 0.6 km away, while the beach is 1.5 km and nightlife pubs are 2 km from the property. Guests can also walk to the beach through the forest directly from the property. Bicycles can be rented nearby, while horse riding, tennis, golf and thalassotherapy are available around 3 km away.

The property features two separate dwellings, with the rented accommodation being fully independent, including its own entrance, private garden, and parking. The swimming pool is located in front of the second house on the property, which may occasionally be occupied by the owner.
The pool is exclusively available to guests during their stay but is closed from 20:00 to 10:00 for maintenance and to ensure a peaceful environment.
The owner speaks French, German, English and Spanish and respects guests’ privacy and independence.
