Wir haben insgesamt ein vernünftiges Wochenende im Chalet verbracht, das Chalet ist geräumig, in der Küche findet sich so weit alles was man braucht, die Terrasse lädt zum verweilen ein. Die Betten sind in Ordnung. Das Haus könnte mehr Grundsauberkeit vertragen, das Wasser läuft aus keiner Dusche ausreichend, so dass nach dem Saunagang eine ordentliche Dusche nicht möglich ist. Auch aus den Wasserhähnen kommt zu wenig Wasser, der Druck reicht einfach nicht aus. Alles lässt sich verschmerzen und ist nicht dramatisch, aber ein zukünftiger Mieter sollte das wissen. Hinzu kommt eine merkwürdige Erfahrung, was die anscheinend bestehenden Probleme mit der Nachbarschaft unterstreicht. Ich erhielt am ersten Tag einen Anruf des Vermieters. Wir waren insgesamt 7 Personen im Haus. Der Vermieter fragte nach, mit wie vielen Personen wir das Haus nutzen würden. Ich sagte 7 Personen. Er sagte, dass eine Nachbarin 6 Personen gezählt hätte, die zu einem Spaziergang aufbrachen und weitere 4 Personen hätten auf der Veranda gestanden. Schlichtweg eine Unverschämtheit diese Geschichte. Kontrollen? Ich und meine Freunde hatten trotzdem Spaß, zukünftig nur nicht mehr in diesem Chalet. VG

Dit is een zeer aangename locatie en wij hebben een heel fijne tijd gehad. Er zijn toch wel wat verbeter punten uit te voeren . Op de hoogste verdieping werkte geen enkele lavabo of douche, geen druk op het water warm nog koud. De sauna hebben we niet kunnen gebguiken, was opslot. in de badkamer op het gelijksvloers, dez was wel bruikbaar ( gelukkig ) maar ook zeer weinig druk. Verschillende lampen zijn stuk en in de keuken staan 2 koffieaparaten geen van beiden werkt. De ijskast was proper maar de diepvries vuil. Wij hebben gelukkig genoten van het weekend en de zeer mooie omgeving. Mits de nodige aanpassingen is het een toplocatie. De contact persoon is een correct iemand en daar was niets op aante merken. Het zou wel top zijn moest er iemand aanwezich zijn bij het betreden van het pand enkel al voor de controle. Fijne groeten

Aangekomen in donker en ontoegankelijk huis. Het is erg glad buiten en dat zorgde voor valpartij. Het huis was ijskoud bij aankomst en had 2 uur nodig om op redelijke temperatuur te komen. De sauna blijkt stuk te zijn. De eigenaar wist dat vantevoren maar we zijn niet geinformeerd. Bij navraag bij beheerder zeer ongepast te woord gestaan door hem. Heel slechte ervaring!!

Helaas kregen we pas bij aankomst te horen dat de sauna stuk is (hoewel dat blijkbaar al enkele maanden zo is). Gelukkig konden we wel de extra douche gebruiken die in die ruimte aanwezig is. In één van de badkamers was de verwarming verwijderd omdat ook deze stuk is, maar deze was niet vervangen. Dit weekend draaiden de buitentemperaturen rond het vriespunt dus dat was wel een koude badkamer! Verder zijn sommige matrassen wel eens aan vervanging toe... Maar: het is en blijft een fijn huis dat we nu al enkele keren huurden. Prima contact met de vriendelijke conciërge!!!
