About this property

Beautiful house with modern interior

This is a renovated holiday home set in a serene location of Plounéventer. A group or families can stay here exploring the Brittany hinterland and relaxing on a terrace where you can also set up a barbecue. The house is at the end of the road. There are tea towels in the kitchen and the hosts will provide you with small essentials for your arrival (oil, salt, pepper, coffee and tea). Visit the medieval site of Roche Maurice at 7 km or visit the harbour town of Roscoff at 40 km. Visit Batz Island and enjoy a bike ride and explore the beaches. Ouessant Island lies at 20 km. Take your kids to the amusement park of La Récré des 3 Curés at 25 km or the Océanopolis aquarium at 20 km. Supermarkets and restaurants are available at 2 km. The heating is electric and there is a table football in the garage and beach games for children in the garage cupboard. You can park your vehicle in the courtyard in front of the house. Don't forget to leave the key on the door. Brest Airport is at 17 km.

Bei der Ankunft im Ferienhaus wurden wir freundlich vom Besitzer begrüßt. Die Hütte selbst war jedoch nicht ganz das, was wir erwartet hatten. Es fühlte sich nicht wirklich sauber an, an einigen Stellen war ziemlich viel Staub und Spinnweben. In der Küche haben wir einige Küchenutensilien wie Schere, tiefe Teller, Untersetzer, weitere Küchentücher, Weingläser und Servierlöffel vermisst. Das Innere des Hauses war nicht sehr gemütlich und es war ein eigenartiger Geruch im Haus (wahrscheinlich aufgrund der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit). Das Badezimmer war schön, aber es gab nicht genug heißes Wasser für uns alle. Der Außenbereich hatte einen Tisch und Stühle, um draußen zu essen, aber auf der Veranda gab es keine schöne Aussicht, so dass es immer noch nicht schön war, dort zu sitzen. Die Familie ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, wo sie konnte.

Bei der Ankunft im Dunkeln war es eine kurze Suche, aber wir fanden es. Das Haus selbst war in Ordnung. Es war etwas kleiner als wir dachten, aber das war kein Problem. Wir hatten die Idee, dass es wirklich freistehend war, aber das Haus der Nachbarn war weniger als 5 Meter entfernt, was besonders für diesen Preis enttäuschend war. Es war auch ärgerlich, dass der Nachbar jeden Morgen um 8 Uhr war Überdachung. Das Haus war sauber genug, die Betten waren toll. Dusche etwas eng aber auch ausreichend. Der Sitzkomfort im Wohnzimmer war etwas enttäuschend. Die Gegend selbst ist nicht sehr viel zu erleben, aber wir gingen jeden Tag zu Orten wie Morlaix, Brest, Quimper, Lannion usw. Es ist schön und ruhig.
