From the balcony you have a wonderful view of the mountains and the Gailtal. You can share the garden belonging to the holiday home with other guests. There is space for 2 cars right in front of the door. In the holiday home there is a storage room for your skis and ski boots.

The Nassfeld ski area in the Sun Ski World offers 110 kilometers of slopes and is the perfect ski resort for everyone, from beginners to professionals. The proximity to Italy makes this ski area in Carinthia a hot tip for everyone who wants to enjoy the Italian lifestyle, and not just on their summer vacation. Also in the immediate vicinity is the hiking paradise and ski area Dreiländereck with 17 kilometers of slopes and 7 lifts. Both ski areas can be easily reached by car.

There is a lot to experience in this wonderful area in the sunny south of Austria. Lake Pressegger is about 10 km away. There are many hiking trails and cycling tours as well as a number of sights. In summer, the Vorderberg natural swimming pool offers lots of bathing fun!

Directly in St. Stefan im Gailtal or in Hermagor there are plenty of shopping opportunities for your daily needs as well as a good selection of restaurants.

Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
