This house is distributed as follows: a spacious living room, with a comfortable sofa, a low table, a piece of furniture with a television and a dining table where you can sit and meet in company. The American-style kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for the use of guests, as it has, among other things, a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, toaster, coffee maker, etc.
The house has three bedrooms in which there are two double beds and a bunk bed.
Regarding the bathrooms, there is a bathroom with a shower and another with a bathtub, both complete.

In the outdoor area, right at the entrance there is a small porch with a table and benches to sit and be outdoors. There is a large garden area that leads to its wonderful swimming pool, modern in style and measuring 6x4 meters. Around it there are several sun loungers where you can lie down and sunbathe.

The location of the house is exceptional, as it is just a few minutes by car from both the town of Chiclana and the beach. In addition, its location offers tranquility and rest, being a perfect option for a few days of disconnection.
