Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this tastefully furnished, 3 bedroom/2 bath home in the quaint mountain town of Brevard. The main/master bedroom has a Queen-sized bed, and the 2 remaining bedrooms are furnished with a Queen in one and two twin beds in the 3rd, comfortable for sleeping 6 people. The open, bright living room has 3 large windows overlooking the private backyard. There are hardwood floors thoughout the house. The kitchen is newly renovated and equipped with a dishwasher, dispose-all, microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker, along with a spacious refrigerator and oven/stove. Situated in the downtown Brevard area, guests can walk to town or to the Silvermont park for tennis, playground, pool, and jogging/walking trails. Enjoy eating dinner or relaxing on the back deck overlooking a large, grassy backyard with a creek. Day trips can include visiting the many waterfalls, hiking trails or tubing rivers in the area, or shopping the unique toy store, OP Taylors, and many other downtown shops and attractions. Easy drive to Dupont State Forest, Pisgah Forest, Asheville and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Mountain-biking enthusiasts will love the easily accessible, spacious, clean and secured basement to store bikes and gear with easy access to the outside for hosing off and cleaning up.

Thanksgiving in Brevard

We stayed here for a family thanksgiving week at my brother’s in Brevard. The place was even nicer than the picture. It’s quite spacious and the rooms were big. The living room and dining room area was spacious. The kitchen was very well equipped and easy cooking space. Loved having the big backyard with our granddaughter. It was so easy to walk downtown from here as well. The hosts were fast with responses and asked if we needed anything else. I visit my brother in Brevard often and I will always see if this place is available before I do anything. Thank you yo the Davis’s

Perfect for our needs

The house was clean and very comfortable. It was perfect for our needs... 3 adult women. We were visiting a family member. When we go back, we will definitely try to rent this house again.

Great location, beautiful scenery, lovely home.

We came to enjoy the peace and quiet of the mountains and had a great stay. So close to all you would want to do. We were so excited on the morning of leaving we saw three white squirrels at the end of the road. Home was very comfortable and clean.

Brevard 2023

We enjoyed our stay in Brevard. The house was just as described. Everything we needed was at the house. We loved the big backyard and saw a deer with her baby, all different kinds of birds, a fox and several squirrels. We did finally see a few white squirrels in the neighborhood. The neighborhood was very quiet and even though there was a house next door we felt secluded. We did several hikes to waterfalls in DuPont Forest and went to some of the shops. We also ate at our favorite restaurant Blue Smoke! We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your cabin!

My wife and I and our 4 kids love getting up to Brevard for hiking to the many beautiful waterfalls or just enjoying a cookout in the large backyard at the house. When our children were little, they loved playing in the small, pretty creek in the backyard.

Why they chose this property

The Brevard area has many great hiking trails and waterfalls that our kids have enjoyed through the years. Also, the downtown location makes it easy to walk to festivals, stores and restaurants. Franklin Pool and Park, a public swimming pool and extensive playground, is within walking distance where we can picnic and swim together.

What makes this property unique

We love the large private backyard and creek, great for a game of badminton, frisbee, or just to kick the soccer ball and throw a football. Right around the corner is Silvermont Mansion with tennis and basketball courts, a walking/running trail, and a playground. Franklin Park, a public swimming pool and awesome playground is only blocks away, easy walking distance.
