There is an 18-hole golf course 4 km away. In the area, you will find many historic towns and castles and kilometres of walking and cycling routes. Popular excursion destinations include the Wasserkuppe ski and toboggan arena, Bad Hersfeld with its Old Town, Fulda, Würzburg and Kassel.

A private garden, balcony and a cosy private terrace with barbecue are available at the house. This house is less accessible for people with walking difficulties.
