The detached type is a ground-floor bungalow. It features a neat and complete interior. In the living room for example, you'll find a TV and a DVD player, and the half-open kitchen features a fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, water kettle and combination microwave oven or a microwave and separate oven. There are two bedrooms, each furnished with two single box-spring beds, either left separate or pushed together to make a double bed. You can make use of the washing machine located in the internal storage room. There is also a garden with a terrace and garden furniture. The bungalow comes with a parking space for one car. Any additional cars can be parked in the central parking lot outside the main building.
