Walk to downtown Bellevue for shopping, entertainment, dining, parks, and Bellevue Transit Center with easy access to Seattle. Short walk to two Lake Washington public beaches.

You'll love living on one level, surrounded by charming flower and Zen gardens with an expansive, private backyard featuring a spacious Tuscan-style patio and gas grill, perfect for outdoor entertaining and alfresco dining.

The gleaming chef's kitchen features granite counters, cherry cabinets, tile floor, stainless steel appliances, gas cook top, and granite island with bar seating. You'll enjoy how the kitchen flows into the stunning dining room with sofa, window seat, soaring 20-foot wall of windows and french doors leading to the sun-drenched patio. Convenient home base for family vacation with all things Washington!

Our family of 5 stayed here in Bellevue. The location allowed us to walk to a grocery store, a shopping mall, various restaurants, and well as parks and beach/lake access. We used this central location to drive to Mount St. Helen’s, Canada, the Olympic Peninsula, and more. Thanks for a trip we’ll never forget!

Beautifully decorated yet very comfortable home in an upscale and quiet residential neighborhood, still walking distance from downtown Bellevue shops and restaurants and an easy drive to Seattle. Spacious, light-filled, and well stocked. Beautiful view of Seattle from front living room, backyard is huge and beautifully landscaped. Communication with Heidi was immediate, and the check-in and check-out was easy and low maintenance. Great hosts, great stay.

Heidi’s amazing house gave us a wonderful time of happy family memories!

Heidi’s beautiful house made our family reunion time so special! It is beautiful beyond belief, so full of fascinating relics from their travels all over the world. She was so easy to communicate with and so accommodating with our requests. The fabulous garden, the loft, the spacious living areas, the well stocked kitchen were incredible. The views of Seattle under crisp, blue skies, with the Olympic Mountains and Lake Washington visible was unbelievable! The location was fun - many walks with the kids to lakefront beach parks and Bellevue Mall was easily walkable. Absolutely the BEST ever vacation rental we have ever experienced! Thank-you sooo much!

Perfect family home in great location

This home was fantastic for our family of 6. It was clean and spacious and homey. The location was great for getting to downtown Bellevue. Walkable to many things and an easy drive to the freeway. Would definitely recommend!

Great stay close to downtown

We stayed at Tim and Heidi's place over Christmas with our baby and in-laws, to visit my parents. They were so kind and accommodating, leaving a crib and baby toys to play with. The house is beautiful and they thoughtfully decorated it for the holidays. The beds were extremely comfortable. One downside was the master bedroom isn't heated, this wouldn't have been an issue with normal temperatures but it was unusually cold. Heidi and Tim were very thoughtful in trying to trouble shoot from afar and it did get better using their space heater and fireplace. Overall a lovely stay. Would definitely stay again.

Kind owners and stellar yard

The owners, Heidi and Tim, were super nice, and super flexible with our changing needs (we came on a whim to escape the smoke in CA). We were pleasantly surprised to find, in addition to the 3 bedrooms, a loft above the dining room, which our teenager immediately took for herself, and a generous study, which my husband used for his WFH zoom meetings throughout our stay. The yard is a gem; it is big and gorgeous: a brick patio with plenty of seating options, flowers, greenery and lettuces, peppers, tomatoes, zucchini and squash, which we were encouraged by the owners to use (yum!). We enjoyed the location - 10 minutes pleasant stroll to two lake beaches and about 15 to downtown. This place was a safe haven for us away from home. Thank you, Heidi and Tim!

Great place for families with kids!! Located in a great neighborhood in Bellvue, this property provides quick access to grocery/drug store/local restaurants. The house itself is very well maintained, clean, spacious. Although we didnt do much cooking, it is worth noting that the refrigerator and pantry were well stocked. Bathrooms were clean, with lots of extra towels. Backyard is quite large, and my kids spend quite a bit of time there in the evenings. Owners were very easy to work with, provided very quick responses to my questions. Overall, we were very happy with the place, would definitely stay there if visiting again.

Great home for extended family

Charming and quiet home, very close to downtown Bellevue. Had all the necessities and more. Amazing views from the living room and upstairs loft. We gathered at this home to celebrate my sisters final graduation, her Doctorates from Bastyr University. My family of 3, my sisters family of 3, and my mother, had plenty of space, so we all got along. The upstairs loft has a twin size bed, that my 13yo loved. There are no screens on the windows, so don’t be alarmed if a wasp flys in. We just helped it return outside. The driveway has a slightly steep entrance, so we had to help my mother, but it wasn’t too difficult. There were many amazing books to read, puzzles, and music ready to play. Our first night, we gathered around the dining room table, for our traditional taco night, we regularly have at home. We would definitely stay here again. FYI-Uber or Lyft was about $7-12 each way into Bellevue, depending on the time of day, for a car that seats 4. It costs $26-$45 each way into Seattle. A car that seats 6-7 was $63. On our last night, we ordered from DoorDash. So many great restaurant choices all around the area.

I reserved this place for myself and my staff for a conference we were attending at the Hyatt. The distance is great it took us about 5 mins in a Uber to get there and was far enough removed to feel like you were getting away from all the conference goers when you got back to the home. The home is roomy and was plenty of space for four people. We enjoyed our time hanging out in the dining room and the outdoor space. The home is also a good starting point for a wine tour as the wineries are not that far away from here!
