Great experience
We found this property rustic and excellent, clean and roomy, great garden view with green lawns and undercover parking. Adequately equipped kitchen, excellent hot water shower and reliable WiFI. Our contact Vito, was very friendly, obliging and helpful, although he spoke no english there was no problem in communication and he was always on hand if needed. His grandson Matteo who does speak english was available if required. Vito and his wife Gracia were the perfect hosts, they had us to their home for coffee and proudly showed us their skills in producing the next wine vintage. The house is set in the countryside surrounded by acres of strawberry fields, many fruit trees, vineyards and olive groves. A car is essential to explore the area, the motorway is close by and several supermarkets in nearby town Marconia offer all food requirements. Matera is a must see for an overnight stay at 45kms to experience the beautiful UNESCO site in daylight and with the twinkling lights at night. Perfect peaceful holiday place.

Vi stannade kort och var tyvärr pga andra orsaker tvungna att lämna tidigare än planerad. Det var ett fint ställe. Det var Rent. Lätt att ta sig till stranden och vi fick snabb hjälp och svar på frågor.

vacanza rilassante
abbiamo soggiornato per due settimane e ci siamo trovati bene. Ambiente curato con un gran bel giardino; accesso semplice e posto auto in loco. Siamo stati accolti dal sig. Vito, persona squisita e cordiale. La casa è semplice ma con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno comodo e piacevole. La posizione è vicina alla litoranea 106 che permette l'arrivo nelle belle spiagge in pochi minuti. Consiglio il soggiorno a chi desidera pace, tranquillità e bei panorami.

Great spot near beach
Great space near Pisticci beach areas. Perfect for exploring and day tripping from. Secluded and reserved. Space is on fully functioning agriculture compound, be aware of all that entails. House has another half with other guests. Shared green space. No A/C in our half- be minfdul for summer stays, it will get very hot very fast. Overall enjoyed our time there.
