Mountain View Apartment in Polis is a trendy and spacious 3 bedroom apartment, with a large lounge and dining area, and a separate kitchen. In the dining area there is also a desk and a workstation set up.

There are 3 balcony's at the apartment, and also a private garden as it is built in the mountain side. The garden is spacious and has 2 sun beds and a table with 6 chairs. There is also a parasol.

The apartment overlooks the communal pool which is very relaxing especially at night as the pool light colour is blue.

It is a perfect location....
Just a 10 minute walk and you are in Polis which has a great selection of bars and restaurants.
25 minutes and you will be at the beach which has a beach bar.
A short 10 minute drive and you are in the beautiful Latchi.

I have been coming to Latchi and Polis for 16 years now when my parents bought their Villa here, and now live here full time. I get out here as often as I can with my 3 children who love it here too! It is a great place to relax and have a great holiday.

Why they chose this property

I chose this property mainly due to its location.
It is in a great location being so close to Polis town and the beach.
Paphos town and harbour is only a 35 minute drive away, Paphos airport around 50 minutes. There is also a bus from just near the apartment to Paphos.

This property has been recently refurbished throughout both decorations and furnishings.
