This stone-built holiday home is full of charm and sleeps up to 4 guests with the accommodation all on one level. There are 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, one double with en-suite shower room and one twin plus a further family bathroom. The living areas are separated by a traditional stone archway and comprise a separate fully fitted kitchen, featuring the latest in design and incorporating a halogen hob and oven. Glass patio doors lead out to the terrace. A spacious lounge/dining room, furnished with comfortable sofas, large dining table and chairs. The furnishings and decor, along with the high beamed ceiling, give a great feeling of light and space to the whole room and large wooden doors open out to the covered terrace that surrounds the property. A few steps down, take you into the lawned garden with a private pool and sun terrace which is equipped with comfortable loungers. A brick-built barbecue is provided for grilled meals that can shared on the well-furnished terrace. Finca Jana is an excellent choice for a romantic couple or a small family seeking a relaxing holiday in the countryside, whilst still being close to shops, restaurants and sandy beaches!

Electric Cars
Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.

Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.
