The villa sits on a 7000 m² plot, planted with trees, shrubs and a large lawn and includes a private swimming pool with Roman steps, sun loungers and an outdoor kitchen area with a built-in barbecue. Finca Paulina is the perfect choice for families seeking a private retreat with lovely countryside views yet being just a short drive to ancient towns, restaurants, sandy beaches, water sports and a golf course!
