great appartment with free parking

A beautifull appartment with everything you need.A big sat.tv with a lot of channels,a nice coffee machine,great beds and close to the beach and harbour. You can even park your rentel car below in the garage for free. And if you need something ,you can always call/mail Pedro(the nicest man off Las Palmas)

Great accomodations!

We hit the jackpot when reserving this apartment. All of the amenities ensured a comfortable stay. The warm welcome of water and snacks was greatly appreciated. Any issues that arose were promptly attended to by Pedro (thank you!). It was very easy to walk to the restaurants, grocery stores, beach, El Corte Ingles or any stores or services you needed. Did not expect the city vibes with the traffic and tourist noise but that's part of the package. All in all, it was a wonderful, relaxing break.

Absolutely perfect stay

Pedro is a great host. He welcomed us warmly and explained everything. The apartment is fully equipped with a freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher. Not to forget the great coffee machine. Everything you need for everyday life is there. Beer, juice, yogurt and small snacks were waiting for us in the fridge. If you need, there is a garage in the house. We enjoyed every day of our stay. Property and property manager are gems

We had a lovely week in this comfortable apartment while visiting family living nearby. Pedro ensured our stay was a comfortable one. He met us to check in and reviewed with us how to operate laundry, stove/oven, and elaborate coffee maker. He is a warm and affable person with great communication skills. He welcomed us too with a number of snacks and beverages to kickoff our stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and the apartment was clean and cheery. Beach, restaurants, gym, and grocery are within short walking distance making this an ideal location. Great Wifi and guest Netflix account added to our enjoyment of this gem of a place. We plan to return to this apartment next time we are visiting our family. Thanks for everything, Pedro! Mark & Elias

Great stay

Las Canteras is a lovely place with lot of shops, bars and restaurants. Good mix between locals and tourists. Beach walk is wonderful with only walking and running people. We relaxed in the flat and did watch a lot of snooker on the big flatscreen (did bring our own cromecast). We had a rental but did not use it much. Parking in garage was easy, even for a midsized car. We made most of our meals, and kitchen worked well. All in all, we had a lovely stay.

Es un apartamento ideal para parejas a las que les guste estar en un núcleo urbano teniendo a mano todos los servicios que en éste se pueden encontrar. El disponer de aparcamiento propio es una ventaja inestimable para los que alquilan un vehículo para sus desplazamientos. Además, el equipamiento del apartamento es EXCELENTE por lo que se puede sentir uno como en casa. Se agradece la calurosa bienvenida del propietario y sus atenciones.

Trevlig lägenhet med centralt läge och perfekt värd.

Vi hade en underbar vecka i denna centralt belägna lägenhet. Korta avstånd till strand, restauranger, affärer. Lägenhetens utrustning har allt man kan önska sig och lite till och har en lagom storlek för ett par. Ägaren Pedro är den perfekta värden, gav oss all information vi kunde behöva om lägenheten, restauranger , biluthyrning, nöjen mm. Tack Pedro, vi hoppas kunna komma till baka.

Hemos pasados unas vacaciones muy buenas. Este piso se encuentra cerca de la playa, centro comercial, restaurantes y otras tiendas. Dispone de todos los cosas y objetos los necesari. Lugar ideal para vacaciones en la ciudad y visitar la isla. ¡Muchas gracias Petro! Es hat in der Wohnung nichts gefehlt, alles war gut geplant, hübsch und modern eingerichtet (mit Kaffeeautomat, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Spülmaschine etc.). Das Wichtigste war, dass wir einen kostenlosen Parkplatz unten in der Garage hatten und von dort aus mit dem Aufzug in die 2. Etage fahren konnten und natürlich, dass wir zu Fuss zum Strand gehen konnten. Wir hatten 14 Tage gebucht und die Zeit auf der Insel sehr genossen. Nochmals vielen Dank an Pedro!

Sejour parfait pour couple en vacances.

L'appartement correspond en tout point au descriptif et bien plus encore. Il est vraiment très fonctionnel et Pedro le propriétaire sait rendre la vie encore plus facile. Très attentifs au bien être de ses invités, il est toujours prêt à répondre à toutes les questions. L'appartement est situé dans un quartier tranquille, pas loin de la plage à pied, et bénéficie de tous les avantages de la ville. Un grand merci pour la gentillesse et la personnalité à toi, Pedro. Lovely apartment, great location.

We had a very good 2 week stay in the apartment in Las Palmas. Very well equipped and located centrally for restaurants, bars, shops and beach. Pedro was first class and arrival, stay and departure were very straightforward.

Apartamento muy bonito en buena zona de Las Palmas

Das Appartement ist hervorragend ausgestattet (WaMa, Trockner, Kaffeevollautomat Herd+Cerankochfeld, Klimaanlage, Multiroom-Audiosystem uvm.) und befindet sich in perfekter Lage im Hafenviertel in Las Palmas. Fußläufig ist alles erreichbar (Supermarkt, Bars, Restaurants, Las Canteras (Strand)), wenngleich die FeWo auch über einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz verfügt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und alles wirkt neu- und hochwertig. Das eigentliche Highlight ist aber Pedro, der sympathische Vermieter, der super Tipps für alles parat hat und einem die Wohnung ausführlich erklärt. Die Wohnung hat für uns ein unschlagbares Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. El piso está muy bien preparado, dispone de todo, por ejemplo una lavadora y secadora lo cual es muy útil para una estancia más larga. Todo está en un estado muy bueno, la cama muy cómoda y incluso se puede escuchar música en cada habitación por altavoces. El coche lo hemos aparcado en el garaje en el mismo edificio, así no era necesario perder mucho tiempo en buscar un sitio para aparcar. En la zona donde está ubicado el piso hay varios restaurantes, bares y supermercados. Andando a la playa se tarda unos 5-10 minutos. Pedro, una persona encantadora, nos ha ayudado en todo y nos ha dado unos consejos muy buenos por donde salir a cenar. Podemos recomendar a todos quedarse en este piso. Volverémos y gracias a Pedro!

Precioso apartamento para 2-3 personas!

Apartamento completamente equipado, decorado con muy buen gusto, altas calidades en toda la casa y a 5 min de la playa de las canteras. En cuanto al dueño, Pedro, ha sido un placer conocerle y charlar con él. Siempre trata de ayudarte en lo que necesitas.

Como si estuvieras en tu casa

Apartamento coqueto, funcional, confortable y con todos los detalles que puedas pedir. Muy bien situado, soleado y a la vez tranquilo en un buen barrio y edificio (importante tener la plaza de garage). Pero lo mejor, sin duda, el trato con su propietario Pedro, que está atento siempre a lo que pueda hacerte falta. Recomendable 110%. Nosotros volveremos seguro cada año !!!

Excelente apartamento con garaje cerca de la playa y del centro de Las Palmas.delante mismo un Restaurantito con un cocinero extremeño con Menús del fia buenísimos.panadería y Spar a 2 minutos a pié.El appto. con todas las comodídades y todo nuevo y perfecto para dos hasta tres personas.Barrio muy movido con bares y bastante tráfico ,pero con buenas ventanales .VOLVEREMOS!

excelente elección

El apartamento nuevo es impecable y dotado de todo lo que puedas necesitar. La situación para Las Palmas es inmejorable. Tienes las guaguas cerca, el super y la oficina de alquiles de vehículos. La playa está a tiro de piedra. Y Pedro, el boss, es un tipo muy majo como por otro lado lo son los canarios de a pie que se desviven por hacer grata la estancia.
