Villa Kotare has been under new ownership since 2020 and we have carried out a refurbishment indoors and outdoors.

Villa Kotare is available to rent as an entire property sleeping 12 or alternatively as two individual apartments, each with its own private access, ideal for couples or small groups of up to 6. We are happy to rent Villa Kotare out as two individual apartments in May, June, September and October.

Villa Kotare is a short 10-minute walk to most local amenities in the town centre so a car is not necessary and is located directly across the road from the fantastic Saturday open air market . Our villa stands out in the area as there is nothing else similar to it in Dalyan.
