This spectacular seven bedroom, seven bath Home is any beach-lover's paradise, with the Pacific Ocean as its front yard and sitting on the 3-mile white sand beach of Playa San Pedritos, one of the best surf breaks in Baja California, in between Todos Santos and Pescadero. It is perfect for larger groups, weddings, and family reunions, while smaller groups can rent from 1-7 bedrooms and still enjoy their privacy.

There is the beautiful 3BR Main Villa and brand new 4BR Guest House connected with a walkway, pool, and patio area. This home has all the amenities of the finest accommodations including new heated swimming pool with children's area and natural rock waterfall, a Jacuzzi with an infinity edge flowing into the pool, free wifi, satellite TV's, gas barbecue grill, rock fireplace, telephone, full kitchens with all appliances and utensils including refrigerator with purified water and ice maker, private washer and dryer, maid service available, houseman on premises with separate entrance to insure privacy, and spectacular views of the surf and the Pacific Ocean. It has an excellent location, 45 minutes North of Cabo San Lucas and 5 minutes South of the charming town of Todos Santos.

For our guests to enjoy we have soft top surfboards, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, a double kayak with fishing pole mounts, and more!

The Perfect Getaway!

Roberto's place was perfect. The location was epic. The house was clean and comfortable. Absolutely anything we needed was taken care of by Robert. If you're looking for a low-key, yet accommodating get-away...look no further!

Southern Baja dreaming!

While looking to stay in the cabo area with a bunch of families, we stumbled upon this property. From the first touch, Robert the owner was quick to respond, Friendly and Super Informative. His property is about an hour north of the marina in a safe quiet beach front river mouth. Between the 3 families we had 6 adults and 8 kids. We ended up reserving the whole compound(two house with pool in the middle, 9 bedrooms total) with plenty or room to spare. The two houses are separated into 4 separate living quarters(rooms, kitchen, bathroom, utensil, purified water, towels) each with unique qualities in layout, views and space. There is even a Washer/Dryer near the pool area that we found super convenient. The property is well maintained despite the what sea air can do and the sometimes harsh desert sun. The Pool in the middle of the two houses was a refreshing & rad rallying point to have a drink, bbq and eat after long beach days. The kids never wanted to get out! Speaking of the beach, its right out front and is really beautiful and feels somewhat private cause it some empty and clean. Tons of sea life, fish, turtles, rays, dolphins. We even had some fun empty surf sessions in a suedo cobble stone right hand/beach break line up. There is even a really cool bar on the beach about 300 yards north of the house, it had hammocks, artwork and good vibes and specialty drinks, kind of reminded me of a place your would expect to find in Laguna beach! I recommend staying there if you are looking for an off grid (despite the house having good Wi-Fi) non hotel type of experience away from the hustle and bustle of tradition "squid row" cabo experience. Robert has been down there for many decades and knows the town inside and out. Each room had a 3 ring binder of fun facts and things to do and places to eat. Additionally, Robert was available what felt like 24/7 via text messages. Also, there were beach chairs, umbrellas, surf boards and kayaks for us to use. We had such a great time there, it will definitely be a strong consideration for future trips! Mike Murphy Huntington Beach CA

Very Nice!

I stayed at the Pescadero Palace from Sept. 2-12, with my family, and we had a great time! I usually don’t write reviews, but after staying, or touring, almost every other beach house in the area over the past few years, it was nice to finally find a clean, fun, and well maintained Villa. My boys like to surf, and you can’t get any closer to the waves, just walk out front. My little girl and I liked the pool and Jacuzzi, and my husband went surf fishing right off the beach in front. We can’t wait to come back this winter, thank you!

Pescadero Palace

I have stayed at this beach house several times, and find it clean, pleasant, and well maintained. The ocean views are great, and the beach infront is beautiful, with surf right infront of the Villa. The swimming pool and Jacuzzi are also nice. Will definitely stay there again

What makes this property unique

This Villa is infront of one of the best surf breaks in Baja California, and sets and a pristine 3-mile white sand beach. It's location is slightly remote, taking it off the beaten path of most tourists, yet close enough to town to enjoy a night out. Located on a very peaceful, tranquil beach.
