Charming Villa, Sea View, minutes from Palm Beach and Cannes

A charming villa located in an exclusive part of Cannes, la Californie. Magnificent sea view, 5 km from the beach, supermarkets, bakeries ,restaurants, Montfleury tennis club and shopping areas in Cannes.

The villa's main entrance leads to three floors with 6 bedrooms. 5 with en-suite bathroom with air-conditioning. 1 Room on the top floor with it's own private terrasse. 3 rooms on the main floor, dinning and living room area. 2 rooms on the pool level.

The swimming pool and it's large garden have plenty of space for children to explore.

The Petanque and the ping pong table are just next to the pool which has salty water.

There are two BBQ (gaz and charcoal) on the first terrace and an outside dinning table, under the Olive tree, with the best view.

The provençale kitchen is well adjusted and fully furnished and has a back door to the outside garden , where you can park you cars and bring in the groceries directly into the kitchen.

You will find some fantastic golf clubs in the area, within a 15 to 20 mn drive from the villa. Again easy access.

Sailing, the main sailing club is next to the Palm Beach in Cannes, just 5 mn car ride from our home and some are in Antibes.

Paddling, canoeing , surfing on the Bvd Gazaniere next to Palm Beach are also a few minutes away from our home.

There is a beautiful walk in the Eucalyptus park on the hills behind the house.

This is a charming house and has wonderful vibes. We hope you can enjoy it too.

Luxuriously rustic and dreamy

First impressions was wow, beautiful, spotlessly clean, loved the rustic living in feel, felt like a loved family home it was perfect, the pool was superb and all the family loved every second of there stay, Roxanne, well what a charming loving and beautiful woman, made our stay,well to be frankly absolutely perfect, cannot recommend her or the villa enough and I’d like to personally thank Roxanne from the bottom of my heart.

So Much LOVE for This Villa!

Wonderful experience from beginning to end! Roxane and Babe were kind and communicative. The villa was spacious and comfortable, without losing any charm or character. We LOVED the pool and outdoor living spaces, the central location for day trips, and the ability to walk to the beach/restaurants, etc. (about 45 min). Highly recommend!

Beautiful property in a great location

My family of five, including three young children, had a wonderful stay at this property. The house is beautiful with a great layout (both indoors and out) and lovely view of the sea. The kids enjoyed being able to play ping pong in addition to swimming in the huge pool. We especially liked the proximity not only to Cannes itself but to other nearby towns such as Antibes, St. Paul de Vence, Mougins and Valbonne by car and St. Tropez by boat. Great spot for exploring the Cote d'Azure in general! Better yet, the host was very communicative and flexible when we arrived very late and left early. Would highly recommend this property!

Rented the house for 1 month and it was amazing. Very roomy, clean, quiet and beautiful property with fabulous view of the Mediterranean. Our host was so lovely, the kitchen was very well equipped for light cooking. There is a clothes washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher. Host provided us with pool towels and the gardner/pool maintenance person came weekly to service pool and maintain the grounds. The internet was strong and there is plenty of parking. It is necessary to have a car, since train station is not that close and streets do not have sidewalks. Walking is a bit treacherous, roads are very narrow and windy. This house definitely deserves a 5 star rating.

Pour nous c'etait la maison ideale. Plein d'espace, (chaque chambre a coucher ayant sa salle de bain), et beaucoup de lumiere, avec une tres belle vue,avec un calme et tranquilite.... Entre le jardin, la piscine, les espaces exterieurs, un equilibre appreciable. Les enfants se sont beaucoup amuses et nous avons pleinement profite d'un sejour plus que parfait. What a great place to stay!!

This house was an absolute pleasure to stay in. You can really see that the owners love this house, the furniture, kitchen, bedrooms, everything was perfect. We stayed here with a group of 8, there are enough bedrooms for everyone and in and outside of the house there is enough space to take some time for yourself. The dinner table and BBQ outside have a great view over the ocean and the terrace at the pool is a great place to have drinks at the end of the day. All in all a great place to stay, I would recommend this to everyone!

Eine Oase der Ruhe im wilden Treiben.

Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder und für unsere Bedürfnisse war dieses Haus perfekt. Wir verbrachten eine traumhafte Woche. Viel Platz, ein toller Pool, viele Dinge die im Haus einfach da sind und die uns mit den Kindern den Urlaub um vieles unkomplizierter sein haben lassen als in anderen Häusern. Liebe Roxane, es war einfach wundervoll und danke, dass du so eine wunderbare, hilfsbereite und verständnisvolle Gastgeberin bist. Gerne würden wir im nächsten Jahr wieder kommen. Wonderful homely villa with stunning views

Everyone has their own idea of luxury. If yours includes the most wonderful view over the Mediterranean from a well-loved family home and a fabulous pool, then this villa is for you! This family home has the character of the owners stamped on it. It has some wonderful social areas where our large party could gather for drinks and an open terrace for leisurely meals outside. The rooms are well proportioned.While the upstairs room is a little smaller, it has a roof terrace with superb views over the sea. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was valued during our stay. If you are looking for an anodyne villa with hotel-like rooms you will be disappointed; if you like to stay in a real, lived-in, well appointed home this is for you. We loved it!

Amazing and restful family vacation

Roxane has a lovely home and is so accommodating. There were 9 of us which included 4 year old twins and we all had plenty of space for 2 weeks. Plenty of bathrooms and big bedrooms. The twins loved the pool and we enjoyed swimming every day. We also enjoyed the amazing views of the sea and the boules court also entertained the whole family. Thank you to Roxane and family for a wonderful vacation! Your home is ideal for a large family get away.

Amazing! Surprassed all my expectations.

This is a Villa on the hills overlooking Cannes. The view amazing. You get the whole bay of Golfe Juan, including Les Iles de Lerins; where the man no face was imprisones in the 1700"s (I think). The villa is ideally situated a few minute from La Croisette and Cap d'Antibes & Juan les Pins a short hop. The bedrooms are very comfortable and fullfilled my expectations. The common areas are very well appointed with good WiFi, a huge TV screen (like we were glued to the TV). There was video games galore which is a bliss when you are travelling en famille. The kitchen seems to have been renovated recently with everything you need to survive on a holiday and more. I have rented many holiday homes and this comes out holding its head well above the others. The kicker is the owners Rox é Manou. They are awesome (You guessed it. I have become a huge fan.) they took their time to show us around and giving very valuable advice on what to do and most importantly where to eat. They were always available on the phone to give advice on restaurants and things to do. A real concierge sevice bespoke. The week we passed in the villa we came to the conclusion that Manou suffers from the Peter Pan Syndrome, with a lot of cool toys Ping Pong, Video games, babyfoot & ..... which we could play with. The kids loved it. I must admit I got Manou's disease, I loved it too. I have become a believer and recommend this property without hesitation. I already booked it for next years holidays.

what a great villa - location, views, pool, amenities - all exceeded our expectations. Good for kids or an adult only holiday.... you take your pick. location wise you can ignore or enjoy the pizzaz of Cannes and the Croisette, or you can go upto the lovely provencal countryside and villages which makes for great siteseeing, and come home to drinks on the beautiful terrace. All round great combination in a villa.

I was a Montessori teacher in Paris and after raising my boys in London I moved back to my father's home here in Cannes and I have been teaching Pilates since 2010 in private homes and in studios with machines.
In order to keep this home , I decided long time ago to rent it during the summers and let other families enjoy the great views, the wonderful vibes and the beautiful setting .
Just for your information, we have an independant flat on the side of the villa with it’s own private entrance from another gate below the garden. It can be ocuppied by either the housekeeper or myself in the evenings. Please don’t hesitate enquire about it.

This property is in a very quiet residential neighborhood and at the same time very close to Cannes, to the beach, the shopping area, the supermarkets etc..
It is a very special home, cosy and yet everyone has their own space and privacy.

Great location. Minutes away from Cannes. Very well accessible to Juan Les Pins, Antibes, the highway or to Mougins and Valbonne. Spacious inviting home. " Under the olive tree " sitting area looking straight at the sunset and having a nice drink in the evening...South facing , sea view from the living room, some bedrooms, dinning room and terrace, 5 mn drive to the sea and 10-15 mn walking distance. Petanque area, basket ball pitch, billiard table and a gym.
