A welcoming and spacious apartment located just steps from one of Valencia's main avenues. Its layout, with three bedrooms—two with double beds and one with two single beds—makes it an ideal choice for a group of friends or one or two families, accommodating up to six people.

Thanks to its location, you can enjoy a peaceful stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, while still having quick access to Valencia's main attractions. It's also less than a fifteen-minute walk from the fantastic Roig Arena, where you can enjoy top-level sports and concerts. The city's most iconic monuments and the City of Arts and Sciences are also just a short drive away.
