There is a heated pool in winter, and a separate barbecue area at the back of the property with a grill, bathroom, and 70' TV.
BOSCO wood-burning fireplace, DIRECTV and On Demand, independent Play Room with foosball and 75' TV.
It is a cozy home designed to enjoy and host family and friends any time of the year, allowing many guests with all the comforts.
