From the entrance we directly access the fully equipped kitchen, with all the necessary utensils and a dining table, where you can enjoy a pleasant breakfast. Later we find the living room, which has a sofa, a side table, television and a bright window.

The bedroom has two single beds 0.90 x 1.90 m. and built-in wardrobe.

Around the apartment we find the main shopping streets in the center of Seville, a large number of restaurants and tapas bars where you can enjoy the best gastronomy of the city, and a few minutes from the main tourist attractions such as Torre del Oro, Giralda, Seville Cathedral or Reales Alcázares.

Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
