Gemütliches Haus im Grünen

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in der Villa Antoana verbracht. Ronald und sein Vater haben uns mit Schirmen (es hat bei Ankuft leider geregnet), Schnaps, Wein und einer leckeren Wurst-/Käseplatte erwartet. Das Haus ist gemütlich, der Garten sehr schön. Wir haben Ausflüge nach Porec, Opatija, Rabac und Medulin gemacht und abends haben wir uns im Whirlpool entspannt. Mit dem Kamin konnten wir das ganze Haus erwärmen und wenn es dafür zu warm war, haben die beiden Klimaanlagen ausgereicht. Die Woche ist viel zu schnell vergangen und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön!

Alles sehr unkompliziert und sehr netter Vermieter-Roland! Wir bekamen zur Ankunft eine Flasche Wein,eine Flasche Schnaps,Schinken und Käse,Oliven Öl,sehr sehr lecker! Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen entspannten Urlaub in diese Villa! Kommen wieder! Vielen Dank Roland und sein Vater!

Roland gab viele gute Tipps für Ausflüge. Garten+Poolbereich schön+lädt zum Entspannen ein. Pool nicht gefliest, sondern mit blauer Folie bezogen. Folie im Pool am Boden lose. Haus schön eingerichtet. Ausstattung+Sauberkeit mangelhaft. Geschirr+Besteck unpassend. Haus nur unzureichend gesäubert. Boden sauber, allerdings viele Spinnweben, Spinnen+Skorpione. Lampen+Schränke mit Staubschicht. Geschirr dreckig wg schlechter Spülmaschine-mit Hand nacharbeiten. Gummidichtungen Kühlschrank dreckig. Fugen Hauptdusche schimmelig. Fliegengitter an Fenstern mit großen Löchern, nicht funktionsfähig wg Insekten+Spinnen. Wifi langsam. SkyGo nur ruckartig. Am Pool kein Wifi. Bei ca. 2.400€ Miete für 2 Wo (ca. 170€ pro Tag) in Nebensaison müssen solche Dinge gewährleistet sein. Haus in abgelegen Bauerndorf Zudigi. Nach Labin ca 45 Min, zum Strand ca 30 Min. Ca 4-5 Häuser im Dorf. 1 Nachbar hält Hühner+Schweine. Gestank zieht ab und zu in den Garten. 1 Nachbar Betreiber von großen Aquapark in Rabac. Während 2 Wo (16.09-20.09) hat er täglich Hüpfburgen von morgens bis abends mit mehreren Hochdruckreinigern gesäubert. Lärm war erheblich+kein Entspannen am Pool möglich. Lärm war im Haus und außerhalb Ort zu hören. Vorheriger Hinweis von Roland gewünscht, da dies wohl regelmäßig am Ende der Hauptsaison. 2 Wo dadurch nicht erholsam. Fazit:Haus hat Potential. Vielen erheblichen Mängel lassen sich mit etwas Mühe beheben. Kommen nicht wieder kommen, u.a. wg Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Jederzeit nochmal ...

Ein traumhafter Ort um sich zu erholen - Natur pur! Bis auf die bereits in einer vorherigen Beurteilungen erwähnten nicht passenden und wackligen Klodeckel kann von meiner Frau und mir absolut nichts bemängelt werden! - Gastgeber Roland einfach TOPP .. seine hilfreichen Ausflugsanregungen und Tipps waren alle wohl ausgesucht und absolut sehens- bzw. erlebenswert - Unterkunft einfach eine Wellnessoase - wir wurden mit einer Käse-Schinkenplatte empfangen und das mit einem passenden Wein aus eigener Herstellung der Familie - ein technischer Defekt am Whirlpool (kann immer mal passieren) wurde sofort und unkompliziert behoben Kurz gesagt - wir werden mit Freude nochmals nach Zudigi kommen - DANKE Roland für diesen Urlaub

My family for many years rented apartments.The Villa Antoana was completely renovated in 2012th year, when we started with renting. In the description I have endeavored to put a part of themselves to give you a my picture of really beautiful small Istrian village. Every word I wrote, it is true, because during my childhood I spent summer and winter holidays in the countryside.

For a good price you get: a very high level of comfort, 100m2 house, 700m2 garden with swimming pool, various equipment and the possibility of up to 8 people.

In tourist centres, a major problem is the parking place, in our Villa, parking place is reserved for you.

Very quiet location surrounded by beautiful nature, which will bring you back into balance after a grueling business year.

Convenient for children, the garden is fenced with a wall and a fence. No hustle and bustle like on the sea, because you have your own pool. At to the sea you can go when you want without haste.

Our region (Istria) is the closest to you, so you'll save money and time. This is very important in the summer when the increased traffic. At the pick of the summer season, so you can save even one day.

Fantastic position for an active vacation (hiking, sightseeing, jogging, cycling).

Practically for all seasons. In the spring growing everywhere natural asparagus in the summer is swimming season, in the autumn is grape harvest and mushroom season, and winter is the season to enjoy the warmth of the fireplace.
