Authentic and charming family house

Beautiful and rural surroundings - the most attentive host you will ever find - very authentic and “home feeling” However, if you expect all moderns amenities, e.g. perfect aircondition even during a heat wave (we endured days with up to 42 degrees Celsius), probably choose something else We had a lovely stay!!

Beautiful property with pool and garden

We had an amazing stay at this property! The host was very helpful, and communication was great throughout our stay. The house was fully equipped with everything needed, e.g. for cooking, and we appreciated the availability of towels, including beach towels. The property is beautiful, with a cozy and well-furnished interior. The host occasionally came by to check the pool or take care of the garden, but was always very discreet and never disturbed us. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we highly recommend staying here!

Séjour au calme à 10 min du centre ville

Special Place

Wir waren absolut begeistert. Das Anwesen ist ein ganz besonderer Ort. Ein uraltes Gebäude mit viel Geschichte. Das Appartement war sauber und mit allem wichtigen ausgestattet, es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Das Highlight ist der riesengroße Garten mit vielen Kräutern, sowie Oliven-, Orangen- und Zitronenbäumen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen, insbesondere wegen der tollen Familie, die dieses Anwesen anbieten. Uns wurde beim Check-in und Checkout entgegengekommen, wir erhielten viele Insidertipps und hatten nette Gespräche mit ihnen. Ganz zauberhafte Familie.

Sfeervol verblijf met prachtige tuin.

Mooie woning op de binnenplaats van een oude boerderij. Heel mooi om de geschiedenis te horen van de eigenaar die de gasten met verl passie en geduld ontvangt. Wij hebben genoten op deze plek!!

Endroit bucolique...

Nous avons eu la chance de séjour à deux dans cette incroyable propriété. L'apaprtement que nous avons occupé était très bien équipé tout en gardant le charme d'une vieille demeure, sdb assez petite mais suffisante, évier de cuisine en peiurrea ncienne mais parfait également ! Nous disposions de 2 chambre dont une très spacieuse. L'éxtérieur est juste incroyable, il y a plusieurs endroits pour se poser, déjeuner à l'ombre des arbres et le bassin qui est qd même assez grand est sans aucun un atout pour passer un moment ou juste se rafraîchir. La région est riche de villes aussi inbcroyables, ert différentes les unes des autres. Une voiture est en revanche indispensable de même qu'une bonne proection anti-moustiques !!

Soggiorno rilassante e piacevole

Ottima sistemazione con un bellissimo giardino con una piscina dai colori naturali molto rilassante e piacevole. Proprietari disponibilissimi e di supporto. Unico appunto, nei giorni di particolare caldo durante i quali abbiami soggiornato (giornate con 43 e piu gradi), il caldo si sentiva anche in casa specialmente la notte. Il condizionatore e i refrigeratori erano presenti ma circolava poco l'aria. Nel complesso un ottimo soggiorno.

Propriété d'exception

Nous avons passé 6 jours d'exception avec nos trois enfants dans cette magnifique propriété (un charmant Baglio rénové avec beaucoup de goût) durant le mois d'août. Francesca et Giusseppe sont des hôtes extrêmement accueillants, très accessibles et réactifs. Encore merci à eux pour leur aide et leurs conseils avisés pendant notre séjour. Beaucoup de belles choses à visiter dans les alentours proches : Erice, Trapani, Marsala, les îles Egades, réserve du Zingaro, plages, ... La piscine et le jardin sont très agréables après les chaudes journées de visite. La climatisation était aussi appréciable. Juste un petit bémol, la grande chambre est peu isolée et quelque peu bruyante la nuit. Nous recommandons toutefois ce logement les yeux fermés.

Paradisiaque

La maison est magnifique, il y a une âme que Francesca entretien avec gout et vitalité! Emplacement ideal pour visiter l’ouest sicilien. Et le sourire de Giuseppe rend les moments ( meme les plus surprenants!) tres appaisants… difficile de sortir de cet endroit magique pour aller visiter!

Atmosfera siciliana

Siamo stati bene presso il baglio. La casa è adatta alle esigenze di chi desidera respirare atmosfere siciliane anche nelle piccole cose. La posizione si presta a visitare il trapanese. Forse un pò rumorosa la vicina strada ma si fa presto a dimenticarsene. Ottima e bellissima la piscina per rilassarsi tra la vegetazione del giardino. E’ necessario un mezzo proprio per gli spostamenti e per raggiungere il mare. Se piacciono le cose antiche è il giusto luogo anche con bambini.

francesca è un'ospite allegra e attenta. Trasmette tutto l'amore per la sua terra, come la dimora in cui ti accoglie: bellissima, carica di storia e magica. Il nostro soggiorno è stato splendido fra brevi passeggiate nel giardino, tuffi in piscina e cene a lume di candela.

Old and beautiful accommodation!

What a great place to stay! What it lacks in creature comforts in the 300 year old building it makes up for in rural and old charm. Depending on which of the 3 or 4 different houses you stay in will depend on if you have walls or curtains between the bedrooms. Worth checking with the very helpful and friendly hosts who helped with anything needed. The pool is only 1.3m deep but perfect for our 7 and 9 year old children and us oldies for a dip to cool off. I would totally recommend visiting. The grounds too are rustic and have lots of Sicilian charm.

Super Unterkunft mit sehr schönem Garten

Die FeWo und der angrenzende große Garten sind sehr schön. Die Vermieter (Francesca und Giuseppe) sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft definitiv weiter empfehlen.

We had a very nice stay!

We had a very good time at Francesca and Giuseppes beautiful ancient house! They were the perfect hosts, very welcoming and Super friendly. They made sure to always give us enough privacy, but were always there when we asked for help or information. The house is huge, with a large patio that connects all flats and a big and wild garden with fresh fruits and herbs that Francesca explained to us in the beginning. The little pool is a beautiful place for relaxing and although it is only about 1,20 meters deep you can have a nice little swim and refresh yourself. The house is in the outskirts of Trapani, so be aware that you can hear some street noise, as there are two bigger streets nearby. All in all we were really happy with the place and would come back!

Séjour de rêve chez Francesca et Giuseppe !

Nous avons passé un séjour d'une semaine au mois d'aout chez Francesca et Giuseppe, au calme, dans une des régions de Sicile les moins envahies par les touristes l'été. Leur villa du XVIIIème est charmante et elle est classée, elle comprend une jolie cour intérieure, qui dessert les différents espaces et chambres (spacieux et très bien décorés), ainsi qu'un superbe jardin et un bassin de retenue d'eau en pierre, transformé en piscine peu profonde... parfait pour se rafraichir après une journée de visite ! La maison est située à 10mn d'Erice, à voir absolument (prendre le téléphérique depuis Trapani) et à 10mn de Trapani, d'où vous pouvez d'ailleurs prendre un bateau - 30mn de traversée et 20€ A/R par personne - pour passer la journée sur les îles (Levanzo est sublime). Nous avons également visité la réserve de Zingaro, et ses superbes criques (env. 45mn de trajet) et avons poussé jusqu'à Agrigente (2 heures en voiture) pour visiter la vallée des temples. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison unique qui regorge de charmes et dont les hôtes sont charmants. Gaëlle et David

Très belle propriété

Une propriété close et sécurisée, adaptée à la famille qui est bien située dans la région nord-est en étant proche de lieux touristiques importants (Iles Egades, Erice, réserve naturelle, Cégeste...). Le logement est aménagé avec goût et les extérieurs sont agréables, vastes, ombragés, notamment autour de l’espace piscine. Nous remercions Francesca et Giuseppe pour leur accueil chaleureux, pour leurs bons conseils et leur réactivité.

Voor als je écht tot rust wilt komen!

Deze oude boerderij is in een zo goed mogelijk in oorspronkelijke staat behouden en staat op een enorme lap grond met een hoeveelheid aan fruitbomen. Je kunt dus elke ochtend je eigen sinaasappels plukken en persen. De villa doet wat ouderwets aan maar is van alle gemakken voorzien, heerlijk is ook het zwembad om in af te kunnen koelen. Het ligt aan de voet van de berg waar het dorp Erice met zijn bezienswaardigheden ligt. (tripje met de kabelbaan is een aanrader!). Het vissersstadje Trapani ligt op 5 minuten rijden, de Lidl zit op 3 minuten en enkeltje luchthaven duurt 50 min. De eigenaren zijn enorm vriendelijke en enthousiaste mensen die er alles aan doen om je het naar je zin te maken. Als je complete ontspanning zoekt, dan zit je hier perfect! Te midden van de fruitbomen aan het zwembad rustig je boek lezen of als prima uitvalbasis naar de dorpjes en stadjes er omheen.

Stupendo

Settimana molto piacevole per la nostra prima volta in sicilia; Il baglio è una location molto suggestiva dove il tempo sembra essersi fermato. Ambienti interni molto curati ed un esterno che permette di vivere momenti molto piacevoli. I proprietari, Francesca e Giuseppe, sempre molto disponibili ed entusiasti di raccontaci la storia di un passato che li nel baglio si fa presente. Consigliatissimo. Andrea e Veronica

La bellezza del baglio !

Siamo tornati da poco al tran tran quotidiano della vita ma il baglio di Erice è ancora nel nostro cuore e pensarci, ci strazia ! Questo baglio meraviglioso ci ha accolti per una decina di giorni rendendo la nostra vacanza un paradiso . La bellezza di ogni pietra racconta la storia di chi lo ha abitato perché chicca è Giuseppe custodiscono questo baglio con rispetto ed amore conservando ogni più piccolo elemento architettonico con saggezza . Il risultato è di trovarsi fermi nel tempo , coccolati da bellezza ovunque ci si giri . La casa è arredata con un gusto davvero raffinato , semplice ma di gran classe. Questo fa sì che dopo lunghe giornate a girare in lungo e in largo per la Sicilia , si torna a riposarsi piacevolmente a casa aspettando il tramonto felici di esserci . Chicca e Giuseppe sono stati davvero accoglienti e carini , efficienti nel darci indicazioni precise su come vivere al meglio questa vacanza e gliene siamo grati . Io personalmente , da restauratrice , mi complimento con loro per la dedizione che mettono nel conservare questa" creatura " con amore . Li stimo molto per questo . Torneremo chicca e Giuse , in questo paradiso che sentiamo un po' anche nostro ! A presto.

Profumo di Sicilia

Luogo splendido alle pendici di Erice in una posizione strategica fra la stessa e Trapani . Il baglio è molto bello, arredato senza snaturane la natura e con un giardino che fa assaporare la pace. I Padroni di casa sono molto ospitali e cordiali.
