The Hayloft is one of two properties created from a historic 16th century barn close to the southern shores of Lake Windermere. The superb conversion carefully incorporates original and characterful features including handmade shutters and original oak beams. The bright and airy open plan kitchen/dining/living room is a fantastic place to relax in after a day out walking in the Lakes.

The quality oak fitted kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric oven and hob. The oak dining table is the ideal place to plan your day over breakfast or to enjoy a romantic evening meal.

The bedroom has a king size bed with ensuite bathroom complete with walk in shower, perfect to start your day refreshed and ready.

Access to the Hayloft is via a shared entrance lobby.

A utility room with washing machine and dryer can be accessed from the lobby and is shared with the neighbouring guest property.

There is private parking for one car in the shared courtyard.

Well equipped and comfortable.

Apartment was very comfortable and everything we needed was there. There were several nice places to eat out in the immediate area and a SPAR at the local petrol station. Sarah was very welcoming and helpful. sadly we both got a flu-ey cold and decided to go home a day early, but that didn't reflect on the excellent accomodation.
