Unfortunately, our arrival at the house was not as smooth as we had hoped. Even though the property had been vacant and cleaned prior to our arrival, we were not allowed an early check-in. This was disappointing, as the house was clearly ready and could have been made available to us earlier.Upon entering the house, we noticed that the kitchen had not been cleaned to an acceptable standard. The cupboard doors and handles were sticky and visibly dirty, requiring the cleaning staff to return for an extra round of cleaning. Additionally, there was a strong sewage-like odor inside the house when we arrived. Fortunately, this issue was addressed promptly after the cleaners came back, and the smell disappeared after their visit.
