Our complex goes to great lengths to ensure that our owners, guests and renters enjoy a family friendly environment that is safe for children and adults alike. Should you be looking for a more upbeat party vacation, we encourage you to look at other accommodations in the area. Also due to serious owner allergies, our unit is 100% animal / pet / smoke free. Anchorage II complex (outside of beach desinated smoking area) is now completely smoke fee and any violation of this is a fine from HOA. This is without exception and strictly enforced.
