The property was very well equipped and a very good location. Only criticism was the sofa was very uncomfortable and needing replacement and overhanging trees on next door property need pruning back.

A fantastic stay at this villa. The communication was brilliant, the property was spotlessly clean. A great location, we know Pernera well but it's easily accessible for newcomers. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

This was lovely property in a great location 5 mins walking distance from the shops, restaurants and the beach. It was peaceful with no construction nearby. What would nudge this property up even higher, would be the name of the villa on the front of the house somewhere, It also needs attention to the sofa which seems to have lost it’s springs, and was pretty uncomfortable. Plus the main bedroom and second bedroom could do with a softer mattress, they were pretty hard. Apart from that it was a great place to stay and the host was brilliant. The pool was clean and if you needed something extra that the villa did not have, you would contact the host and it would arrive in your apartment, so all in all a great stay.

Villa Clara

The first problem was that it wasn't exactly where it was stated in the directions email and it had a different name on the door. Outside pool area was too congested with large table & chairs and sunbeds. We had to clear up , on a daily basis, the pool area because of the droppings from the neighbours over hanging tree which also blocked the sun for several hours in the mornings. Towels were provided for the bathrooms but we had to buy a tea towel for the kitchen.

Всё было на высшем уровне. Бассеин чистили через день. На кухне есть вся посуда. Кровати удобные.

Супер Super good place. Рекомендую это жильё всем как очень хорошее. Любая минимальная проблема решалась за 15мин. Спасибо.
