Très déçues du service. L’hôte était difficile à rejoindre avant et pendant le séjour. Pas eu d’accueil, pas respecté notre demande (ex: deux lits), pas propre, chauffage défectueux et on devait le contacter continuellement. Notre séjour à Rome a été très perturbé a cause de tous ces inconvénients. Nous sommes vraiment déçues et ne recommandons pas cet appartement. Seul point fort: emplacement situé dans le quartier Popolo près du métro. PS au début, nous ont réclamé une taxe de séjours touristiques pour un montant supérieur à ce que la ville de Rome demande, avons dû intervenir pour ça en plus du reste.
