The space
Finished in December 2019, the property is built to the highest standards. The first floor consists of an open plan living area with venetian plastered walls. The high specification bathroom has a remote control digital shower above the bath and the bath can also be filled remotely via a button on the wall. There is also digital thermostatically controlled heating throughout the property. To the rear is a decked area with hot tub and seating with views across the wooded valley towards Churchtown. There is parking immediately in front of the property.
