A 2nd floor apartment FREE parking local amenities NEC RICOH Arenas only 15 mins away. Having 2 Double beds and a Family Bathroom/ Z Bed in the Lounge - Please request on booking for bedding to be available at an extra cost. it is only a 10 min walk from centre of Coventry. Being easily accessible by the A45. Fitted Kitchen with Washing Machine and under counter Fridge, Central Heating with Lounge and TV with Wi-Fi. For longer stays we can arrange weekly cleaning bedding change at extra cost
The space
This is very close to the City Centre c 10 mins max. There is an industrial park over the road offering take away and shopping opportunities. Easy to get to being close to the trains station and major road network. 20 mins to Warwick, 30 to Stratford-Upon-Avon. FREE Parking on site, secure access.

You will have full run of the Apartment, however it is on the 2nd floor with no lift.

Fantastic area for local cuisine as services by all the main Take Away services.
