Welcome to Half Pint Cottage, a delightful two bedroom cottage set in the heart of Uplyme, close to the Jurassic Coast and seaside town of Lyme Regis. Step inside to the open plan living, kitchen and dining area which has been tastefully decorated and furnished. The living area has comfy sofas, ambient lighting and a Smart TV; a central wood burner provides warmth and cosiness for the whole ground floor, while the fabulous kitchen/dining area comes extremely well equipped with everything you could need during your stay. Head upstairs, where you will find two spacious bedrooms, one kingsize and one double as well as the stylish bathroom, with a gorgeous claw foot roll-top bath with rainfall shower over.
The cottage is set adjacent to the owners delightful pub, perfect for wholesome home cooked food or to enjoy a cheeky nightcap. Uplyme also has a small shop just a short walk away as well as the local recreation ground where you are sure to find cricket, croquet or football being played depending on the time of year. Hop in the car and within a couple of minutes you are in the famous coastal town of Lyme Regis, with its sandy and cobbled beaches to enjoy. You will also find the wonderful Cobb, lots of independent restaurants and cafés, shops and fossil stores to explore!
The Jurassic Coast has many seaside towns such as Charmouth, West Bay and Seaton with its wonderful Tramway just a short drive in either direction. Head inland and you will find National Trust properties, the city of Exeter with its fabulous shopping centre, quay and cathedral or the Donkey Sanctuary at Sidmouth which always makes for a fun day out! Beach 1½ miles.
