There's nothing better than spending your holidays by the sea and just a few minutes' walk from the old town. ROSA GUEST HOUSE has only 6 apart and all managed by the owner. This accommodation is for 4 people and consists of 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds). Bathroom fully equipped, American kitchen, Internet. For those traveling without a car or intending not to use one, ROSA GUEST HOUSE is the place to book, since walking down the street you are at the beach.

Built in a rustic building and with an impeccable location, this accommodation is about 60 m2 and has a large living room with 2 sofas, fireplace, dining table, and internet connection. From the room you’ll have partial view of the ocean, Fully equipped american kitchen, bathroom with bathtub.

Guests will have exclusive access to the property and the “rooftop” with superb views of the ocean

24 hours before your arrival, you will receive a message from me in order to best coordinate your arrival time. Our "Meet and Greet" will always be at the property.

Situated a few meters from Inatel beach and the old town of Albufeira, guests will also have all the facilities they need within walking distance of the property. The ideal place for those who don't want to drive while on holidays or don't have a car. Quiet area where you can also enjoy local shops with bars, supermarkets, restaurants, and many other premises.

Albufeira center (old town) – 100 meters
Inatel Beach – 50 meters
Strip (Bar Street) – 800 meters

All our check-ins are in person and usually between 4pm and 7pm. Let us always know your estimated time of arrival, since we could have other check-ins at the same time and we must schedule our team to be (if we did not have any unexpected issues) the first to be at property.

* If you are arriving by plane, share your flight number and once you are ready to leave the airport, give us a call.
* If you are traveling by car give us always a call 1 hour before.

We manage this property independently and all our “meet and greet” are in person. All our check-ins are from 4:00 pm.

Service fees for:
Check-ins between 7:00 pm and 10:00 pm 25 euros
From 10:01 pm to 00:00 am 45 euros
After 00:01 am 90 euros

25 euros for early check-ins fee from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm:
25 euros for late check-outs until 2:00 pm
50 euros for check-outs until 6:00 pm
(Always subject to availability)

Rental service for: Cot: 12 euros and baby highchair: 7 euros (unit/stay)
Rental beach towels: 6 euros per towel

This property does not have a permanent service like hotels. Services that are not included are considered additional and could have a service fee between 30 and 150 euros for:

. Called to open doors (forgotten or lost keys).
. Additional orders and deliveries of towels
. Repairs and maintenance of equipment (due to negligence).
. All other types of services not mentioned in the property information.

A security deposit of 300 euros is required upon arrival and can be paid by: credit card, MBWay, Revolut, or cash. The security deposit will be returned within 7/10 days by bank transfer after thorough cleaning and inventory verification.
